The inhabitants upon the earth can be categorised into

Wise or foolish

The Bible will uses the following to categorize them:

1. Their heart condition
2. Their attitude
3. Their association
4. Their results

Proverbs 21:20

There is a location that provides the probability of finding the wise or fools.

When we call something treasure, we mean:

There is wealth in it

It is valuable

It has the ability to appreciate in value

It can cause its possessor to increase in worth

From the Bible's standpoint, treasure talks about the body of knowledge that empowers the believer to work in knowledge

The emphasis here is on the overall process/relationshipe that leads to the anointing

1. One who has chosen to be in the habitation of the wise.
2. One who has found the oil, the oil that makes great, powerful, wise, knowledgeable.
