2 Major aspects of God’s Glory

In studying the subject of God’s glory, there are 2 major aspects you must understand.

1. Learn how to host the glory of God in ever increasing dimensions. The glory of God comes in weight and measures
2. How to glorify God by manifesting the riches of His glory

The glory of God refers to His manifest presence alongside the invaluable resources that come with that presence.

5 things we need to understand

1. The glory of God rests on men and is revealed through men in weights and measures.

2. The conveyor of the glory of God to men and through men is the Holy spirit

   1 Peter 4:14

3. Your level of dominion in experience depend on the weight and measure of glory you carry and manifest.

   1 Corinthians 15:41, Daniel 12:3 - Men can be likened to stars

   There are 2 factors responsible for the disparity in the result of believers

   1. The election of grace - this only accounts for 20%
   2. The weight of glory

4. There are 5 platforms for hosting the glory of God in ever increasing measures

   5 Platforms for hosting the glory of God

   1. The prayer platform Luke 9:29 - 35

      There are many dimensions of prayer:

      There is the intercessory, fellowship, petition dimension of prayer.

      Not every dimension of prayer directly translates to hosting the glory.

      The dimension of prayer that directly translates to hosting the glory is the fellowship dimension(the koinonia)

      The correct way to teach people on prayer is not to teach them about the things that prayer brings. The correct way is to teach people about the one, the object of prayer and the fellowship - that koinonia.

      When you train people to value the fellowship, more than the things they receive you have put them on the path to becoming men of power

      You can fake power, but you cannot fake intimacy.

      A generation that knows how to use prayer as a tool for fellowship and intimacy with God is a generation that has found his way into a realm of Glory and power.

      Regardless what dimension of prayer you are engaging, the key to receiving profit is consistency.

   2. The word-study platform 2 Corinthians 3:18, Psalms 119:98-100

      You can pray on-the-go, but you cannot study The Word on-the-go. There is greater discipline required for studying The Word.

      The goal of mentorship is that it creates a desire to study The Word.

      We must learn to separate the sincerity of a person speaking on the pulpit, and the truthfulness of the words being dispensed.

   3. The worship platform 2 Chronicles 5:13-14

      Worship in this context is referring to psalms, melodies, hymns and spiritual songs.

      The body spirituality wears to manifest upon the earth is science , arts or technologies.

      When the Word of God is interwoven with instruments, it produces power and births the glory of God.

      Psalm 100:1 One of the protocols of accessing the presence of God is with singing. Singing unto The Lord is one of the ways we minister to Him.

      Advice to music/worship ministers

      Regardless of what you are doing:

      1. Carry presence
      2. Trust God for grace to start looking into the wordings of our songs. Open your bible and read before you write songs.

      One of the things that happen when you worship, is that you receive the activation of creative imagination, and from creative imagination, you step into the prophetic.

   4. The obedience platform Exodus 25:9&40, Exodus 40:33-34

      God is a God of patterns. The glory of God doesn't come until the dictates of a pattern have been kept.

      The real proof that you love God is not confession; it is obedience.

   5. The sacrifice platform 2 Chronicles 7:1-3

      The business of giving your life to Christ is the surrender and consecration that follows being used by God - You have laid down your will, you can no longer say no.

5. When the glory of God finally shows up in your life in its various weights and dimensions, it essentially brings 2 experiences:

   1. Encounters - Encounters are experiences that open up new dimensions of God to you and strengthens your conviction about God and then brings you into deeper intimacy with God Job 42:5, 1 John 1:1-3

      The goal is to deepen your work with God

   2. Interventions - To intervene means to get involved in a matter to stop it from deteriorating or to improve it and bring efficiency to it .

6. The glory of God always comes to you alongside heavenly resources, these are the resources that become a system of an advantage for your dominion - the name these resources are called is the riches of his glory - Ephesians 3:16

   Phillipians 4:19

   Resources gotten from the glory of God

   When the glory of God rests upon a man, it brings at least 8 of these resources

   1. Wisdom
   2. Understanding
   3. Favour
   4. The anointing
   5. His voice(and with that voice comes guidance and direction)
   6. Strength
   7. Skill
   8. Utterance
