The Month of Advancement

The church is marching on and every one of us must join the move of the Spirit.

Zechariah 10:1: "Ask of Him rain in the time of the latter rain." God said He would cause bright clouds and give showers of rain upon every grass in the field. When God is dealing with a people, He has the capacity to ensure His benevolence affects everybody — and everybody can have an abundance.

On the day of Pentecost in Acts 2:1–4, when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were gathered together in one accord. Suddenly they heard a sound as of a rushing mighty wind. The flame that came into the room was on every head that was present. Not one head was left unburned.

When God occasions an operation of the Spirit, anybody who is left out is left out by choice — not because God's intention excluded them. And so the call is: make up your mind to be part of what God is doing.

What Supernatural Advancement Means

Supernatural advancement is not just natural progress with religious language attached. It is advancement that:

• Exceeds what natural effort, talent, and strategy can produce
• Is initiated and sustained by the power of the Holy Spirit
• Has its roots in the scripture and is validated by the Word of God
• Affects every area of life: spirit, soul, body, relationships, resources, and influence

Isaiah 34:16: "Seek ye out of the book of the Lord and read. None of these things shall fail. None shall want her mate. The mouth of the Lord has spoken it, and His Spirit has gathered it." The prophetic word and the Spirit are always aligned. The mouth of the Lord speaks it; the Spirit of the Lord enacts it.

Principles That Power Supernatural Advancement

1. The Principle of Divine Initiative

   Supernatural advancement begins with God, not with human strategy. Zechariah 4:6: "Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the Lord." The zero point is the Spirit. All that follows in the realm of supernatural advancement is downstream from the Spirit's move. When the Spirit moves, everything advances. When the Spirit is absent, only natural effort remains — and natural effort has a ceiling.

2. The Principle of Seeking

   Zechariah 10:1 — God says ask for rain in the season of latter rain. The asking is the key. God waits for the posture of seeking before releasing the fullness of what He has prepared. Jeremiah 29:13: "You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart."

3. The Principle of Alignment

   On the day of Pentecost, they were in one accord — aligned in purpose, in faith, in expectation. Supernatural advancement is released into environments of alignment. When believers are fragmented, distracted, and living in conflict, they create spiritual conditions that limit what God can do in and through them.

4. The Principle of Faith for the Supernatural

   Supernatural advancement requires faith that specifically reaches into the supernatural — not faith merely for natural improvement. Hebrews 11:6: "Without faith it is impossible to please God. For he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him." The faith God honors is the faith that seeks Him specifically for what only He can do.

5. The Principle of Understanding

   One of the reasons for teaching is to ensure everybody understands the principles that power the realities of the Spirit. When the prophetic word goes forth, not everybody catches it — but when teaching is given, the rudiment is laid so that anyone who is willing can become part of what God is doing. Understanding turns a hearer into a participant.

Every Grass Shall Have Rain

Zechariah 10:1 — showers upon every grass in the field. Not some. Not the prominent. Not the gifted. Every grass. This is the heart of God for His people — that every believer would experience supernatural advancement. That nobody would be left behind. That every life would receive its portion of the latter rain.

The Spirit is moving. The rain is falling. Position yourself to receive every drop — for the season of supernatural advancement is now.
