The Bible says they heard the word as many do, but it did not profit them because it was not mixed with faith. The problem was not the word, and not even the hearing — they did not believe what they heard, and so they did not see anything.

Five Atmospheres That Enable Receiving

There are at least five atmospheres that allow for receiving from God:

1. The Atmosphere of Praise and Worship

   In this atmosphere, receiving is easy and possible. It brings the opportunity to receive any and all spiritual blessing.

2. The Atmosphere of Prayer and Supplication

   The opportunity and possibility for reception is here. Mark 11:24 — in the atmosphere of prayer, desires are converted into expectations and manifestation.

3. The Atmosphere of the Word

   When the word is taught — not just when it is present — the teaching of the word imparts understanding and alters mindset. It helps one receive from God. The first assignment is not to desire to receive; the first assignment is to see that these spiritual atmospheres are created.

   Every plane can fly but not in every atmosphere. This is how it is in the spirit.

4. The Atmosphere of the Prophetic

   When a prophetic atmosphere is created where prophetic speakings can come, the atmosphere to receive has also been created.

5. The Atmosphere of Giving and Thanksgiving

   In the atmosphere of giving there is also receiving, because the giver is a sower, and every time one sows, according to Genesis 8:22, that principle is in operation. Giving is not just limited to money — thanksgiving and gratitude are included.

Those who consistently walk in divine rewards are not necessarily extraordinary Christians above others. They have understood the implication of creating spiritual atmospheres. The Bible says the same Lord is rich to all — by mentorship or understanding, they have come into a comprehension of how atmospheres operate.

The Glory of God Through Your Life

God's goal is not just to take people to heaven, but that their lives will eventually be a manifestation of his glory. Ephesians 2:10, Romans 8:19

What Is Glory?

The multifaceted dimension of God — his wisdom is his glory, his power is his glory, speed is a manifestation of his glory, restoration and prosperity are expressions of his glory. Anything that makes men praise God is what God is ready to make available. John 15:8

Why God Heals, Prospers, and Restores

There is an intent behind everything God does:

1. He loves

   It is in the character of love to give. If he is love, it is consistent with his nature to desire people at their best.

2. For the sake of his name

   As a defense of his reputation. One portrait of a blessed man is a blessed name. Genesis 12:2 — when someone is great alone, nobody can be great through them. But when a name is great, people can leverage it and also become great. Jesus gave his name; standing in his office, believers can leverage his reputation and exert dominion.

3. To make believers expressions of his glory

   By supplying those provisions, a life becomes a revelation of his power to the world. When God says he wants a life to reflect his glory, there is a commitment component to that declaration.

Integrity is the intention to remain true, but ability is what gives integrity credence.

Thankfully, God has both. Genesis 21:1 — the Lord visited Sarah as he had said, and did unto Sarah as he had spoken.

When God vows that it is a year of exceeding great rewards, it is not mere talk. The resources from heaven are coordinated to ensure that word does not fall to the ground. An individual can rise from anywhere to anywhere. One may be the least — like Gideon in his father's house — and yet when these resources are coordinated — wisdom, favour, speed, restoration, power, relationship — this is what scripture calls all grace. 2 Corinthians 9:8

To be sufficient means to be able to rise to the occasion, never disappointed. God's desire is for people to abound to every good work, but not without his empowerment.

Horns That Hinder Destiny

There are people who cannot rise and families that cannot excel because of what scripture calls horns. Zechariah 1:18–20 — four horns, symbols of authority, whose assignment is to keep down three things: Judah (your praise), Israel (your promise), and Jerusalem (your peace). They attack praise, promise, and peace.

What does a carpenter do? He rebuilds. Sometimes he builds afresh from nothing.

There are many who are gifted but find themselves before the wrong audience — an environment without the discernment to honor what they carry. Joseph interpreted dreams for three people. He interpreted two dreams before the king — the gift did not improve, only the audience changed. There are those who have been faithfully at work but have now exhausted that training ground. God does not necessarily need to upgrade the gift — he needs to bring the people who have capacity to discern it and reward accordingly.

May the grace that lifts, may the grace that announces, let it rest upon you now.

Announcement is a spiritual thing. Media can only help. A ministry or a business can be active and sincere, but if the sound in the spirit is not heard, influence dies with it. There is a hearing anointing.

In the name of Jesus, whatever has silenced your influence, may you be heard from today. Let the ends of the earth hear you.

The spirit shutting your voice — by the rod of a higher priesthood, that silence comes to an end.

Restoration of Time and Divine Provision

Joel 2:25 — God can restore time. If God is higher than the realm of time, he must sustain the ability to restore it.

Jeremiah 30:17 — God does not just restore time; God restores health and vitality.

Psalm 41:1–3, 1 Peter 5:10

Say it: "Make me perfect, establish me, strengthen me, and then settle me."

Father, I decree and declare divine restoration of opportunity, of resources, of men, of my joy now, in the name of Jesus.

Job 42:10 — God restored by giving twice. Genesis 21:1 — it is one thing for God to speak, but another thing for his word to arrive speedily.

In the parable of the ten virgins, it was the delay of the bridegroom's arrival that caused five to suffer loss. When something does not arrive on time, resources can pay for it. Joshua 21:25 — how many came to pass? All.

Father, I declare a speedy manifestation of every prophetic word that is upon my life.

Results can make men believe God. John 14:11, John 15:8 — not just fruit, but much fruit. At the end of any argument, results are the final word.

Father, in this season, give evidence to my Christian experience. Results, genuine results. Give evidence to my serving you, give evidence to my loving you, give evidence to my living for you.

Understanding Deliverance and the Appropriation System

For results to happen in the earth, three conditions must be satisfied:

1. The finished work of Christ
2. The effective appropriation of that which is finished in Christ — engaging it through faith
3. The manifestation of results

The major challenge with believers is thinking that because realities are finished in Christ, they automatically manifest. The earth has been instructed to give crops — yet there is still hunger on earth. There must be an appropriation system. The name of that system is sowing. Every time one sows, they are partnering with prophecy.

It is prophetic instruction to the earth plus the farmer's responsibility that equals harvest. The Word became flesh — the healing word became flesh, the prospering word became flesh, the lifting word became flesh. Then it dwelt among men, and they beheld his glory. From the foundations of the earth, the lamb was already slain — but that reality could not save any man. People still went to Hades until Jesus came in reality and partnered with prophecy.

Deliverance and warfare for the believer is not engaging to see who wins — it is enforcing the victory that is already finished, making it manifest here and now.

Three Conditions by Which Spirits Engage Believers

1. Disobedience
2. Ignorance
3. Covenants — transgenerational in their approach. One does not have to have been present when a covenant was enacted to still be a victim of it.

The Role of Mindset in Spiritual Victory

No matter what kind of spirit is sent, that spirit is helpless until a certain belief system is formed. It is the union of that spirit and the belief system that equals tragedy. The primary assignment of a spirit is not to oppress — it is first to manipulate understanding or build a garrison around a wrong belief system, so that regardless of what truth comes for liberation, the person cannot sustain the intelligence to understand it.

There is no spirit that is not at the mercy of a person's belief system. Even God, as mighty as he is, is limited by belief system. Scripture says they limited him, the Holy One, in the wilderness. Every spirit — spirit of death, spirit of delay, spirit of retrogression, untimely death, poverty — they come and mark time at the gate of the mind. There is a mental component that empowers their entry or keeps them out permanently.

The Bible says "No weapon fashioned" — but these weapons are mindsets. Satan brings background, failure, and ill-mentorship and uses them to fashion a weapon. That weapon becomes the access point for spirits.

No matter the deliverance undergone, if the faulty thinking is still there, that deliverance was only temporary. All the enemy needs is to touch any trigger — anger, jealousy, lust, pain, wrong memory, fear — and the spirit finds its way in again.

Complete deliverance is not just casting out demon spirits. It is reorientation through the Teaching Ministry — a superior understanding, a mindset that is always superior. That way the door is permanently closed. In order of spiritual priority, teaching truth is more essential than ministering deliverance, because once the mindset is altered, the environment becomes unconducive for those spirits.

The Bible says when spirits leave men, they go through deserts — and by themselves they return to the man. Light is what keeps them out.

How forcible are right words? They can force spirits out and force prophecies in.

2 Corinthians 10:4–5 (NIV) — the weapons of this warfare are not carnal, but they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought, making it obedient to Christ.

Father, I challenge by the light of God's word every faulty belief system, every wrong way of thinking that is empowering failure, defeat, attacks, delay, and limitations over my life and destiny. I bring it to captivity now by the light of God's word!

Every mindset that came from the past, from wrong mentorship, from previous failures, from culture, from limitations — whatever they may be, sponsoring failure, defeat, attacks, delays, and limitations in life and destiny — brought to captivity by the light of God's word.

Jeremiah 3:15 — "And I will give you pastors after my heart... they shall feed you." They are feeding the spirit and feeding the mind — using God's word and applicable principles to begin rewriting on the software of the mind. Reprogramming understanding. Giving a mindset that is pro-victory, pro-Christ, pro-prosperity, pro-authority.

Everything in life eventually reflects mindset. A failure is a mindset. A CEO is a mindset. A man of God is a mindset. When God gives a new name, the new name comes with a new mindset. One cannot put new wine in old wineskins — the problem is not the wine, the problem is the wineskin.

There are times God does not want to manage a mindset — he wants to remove it entirely and bring something new. This is a journey of radical transformation, editing by the spirit methodically — line upon line, precept upon precept.

The entire span of belief systems must be re-examined. No matter how long they have been held, if they have not sustained their ability to produce Christ and his glory through a life, the courage to examine and edit them by the spirit must be cultivated.

In the realm of the spirit, the agency for receiving is mindset. If God says "Take," and the mindset is not prepared to receive, the blessing remains a prophetic reality and never manifests. It matters not just to receive prophecy — enduring sound doctrine so that understanding is thoroughly formed is equally essential.

There is a kind of mindset the anointing is looking for. There is a kind of mindset favour is looking for. There is a kind of mindset speed is looking for. There is a mindset that can host a certain level of glory. The Bible says even among stars, one differs from another in glory.

Salvation Prayer

Lord Jesus, today I declare that I love you with all my heart. I declare that you are the Son of the Living God. I declare that you are my savior, you are my Lord and you are my King. I believe that you died for my sin; I believe that you rose again for my justification. Right now I receive your life into my spirit and I declare that I am a child of God, washed by the blood of the Lamb — from this day and forever, I am a child of God. I go forward ever and backward never. The power to live a victorious life is mine forever, amen.

Father, thank you for these precious people. They have come declaring your lordship over their lives, and I declare based on the authority of God's word that your sins are forgiven and the power to live a victorious Christian life is imparted upon you. I call you bonafide recipients of the life of God. I declare you to be the righteousness of God in Christ, and from today you walk guilt-free in the name of Jesus. You go forward ever and backward never — from glory to glory, experiencing the grace of God in all its dimensions, in Jesus' mighty and matchless name, amen.

Closing Prayer

Lord, we thank you for grace, we thank you for enablement, thank you for impartation. May those who have received go in the glory, go with the favour of God, go with testimonies following them, go with good news following them. May they return a sign and a wonder to the glory of the name of the Lord. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, the sweet fellowship of the Holy Spirit, rest and abide with us now and forever. Amen.
