You are built to last

You rise higher. You rise above the limitation. You rise above the ordinance. You rise above the arrows. You rise above the confinement

You are the building of the Lord, wired to last, configured to last. You cannot go down

Your greatness shall be generational. The impact God is doing through you shall be heard through ages and times

The hand of the Lord is upon you. The grace of the Lord speaks eloquently over your life

You are too rooted to rot. The storm will not take anything away from you. The arrows will not diminish you. The storms will not swallow you

A new season has risen over your life

I am built to last. The storms will not break me. The wind will not destroy me. The arrows will not diminish me

They will not see me where they left me. These too shall pass

The negative predictions will not prevail over my life. The attacks will not last

1 Kings 13:1-30

The grave this man of God was buried in was the grave of the old prophet

• Any evil emergency that is not for you, any obituary that is not for you, any evil arrow that is not for you, let it be broken
• Anything they have designed for you that you will end up in, let it be reversed right now
• Father, make your word and your will known unto us. Let there be none of any man but all of you. Let Jesus be glorified

I love the word of God. It is the compass for my living

As I hear the word and declare the word, great and mighty things happen in my life

No matter what happens, you are built to last. No matter what the devil says. No matter the attacks against you. No matter the ordinance against your children

Instructions for anyone who desires to last

If a chapter is about to close and a man is giving his children heartfelt instructions, those instructions come in the wee hours of his life

If you look at the patriarchs in the Bible, that is how they died

As we conclude, God has important things to let us know, especially for anyone who desires to last

For anyone who says, by my DNA I am wired to last, you carry the Zoe life on the inside. Your DNA is the DNA of the Most High

The foundation of a building determines the strength of that building

Houses do not all rise at the same time and at the same speed. Bungalows can rise faster than skyscrapers

A bungalow will just rise and get roofed. Skyscrapers are going somewhere far, so their coming out might take a little while

Nothing is ever built unless it is scripted. The architect will draw it and show it to you

Every building must be supervised. Building engineers go around to check, is the plumbing right?

One of the heartbreaking things about building is that you conclude a phase, then one morning they say they will break everything

The reason they have to break everything is that they have to get it right

There are things you thought you had gone past, and you are going back to find the Lord breaking you in that area, because he needs to smooth out your rough edges

There are houses built for trends, and there are houses built for vintage purposes. The house God builds you is not one that after 5 years people say, can they remake this house?

There are houses that if nobody told you, you would never believe they were built 20 years ago. They maintain a vintage outlook and are not trendy

There are times God will put you in a class of your own. He will build you not the way he is building other people

There are times God will pass you through your own unique experiences. You will journey your own journey by yourself

If you ask your neighbor, have you gone through this, the answer will be no. Because your journey is unique. God wants to make something unique out of your destiny

Houses are useless if they are not covering humans. You are built to cover a generation

If you imagine the only reason God is building you is so you can stand out and shine, with everybody looking and clapping, that is not why God is raising you

God is building you so that some people can run into you. So that you cover a generation, a people

Every building must be tested, whether we want it, ask for it or imagine it

You wake up and see your neighbor's roof on the road because of the storm. The integrity of that roof was tested and it could not last

Not every roof was taken by the storm. That roof was not strong enough to carry the viciousness and ferocity of the storm

Whatever God is building you to become will be tested

The young prophet

This young prophet had an unmistakable hand of God on his life. He carried so much fire in his bones that you dare not oppose the prophetic oracles flowing through him 1 Kings 13:1-5

This is exactly what King Jeroboam tried. As he raised his hand, the prophet released the word

I am not here to talk about his exploit. I am here to drop a few instructions in our hearts, for those the Lord has put on a journey that they will last

I will last

• You deceived a man. You buried him in your grave. Where you were supposed to die, you gave it to him
• Any arrangement of hell to put you in the trouble they created, let it be broken
• They will be buried in their own grave. They will fall into their own pits
• Let the wickedness of the wicked perish with them

Don't sit

It hurts me that the journey of the ultimate extinction of this young man did not begin with the old prophet

We always say the old prophet deceived him. But before the old prophet deceived him, as he was coming back from his journey, I don't know what happened to him

Maybe he was tired, or maybe he wanted to feel himself

He sat down. He began to imagine, could this be me that all these things happened through? 1 Kings 13:14

While he was sitting, the old prophet was looking for him. The old prophet would not have gotten him if he did not decide to sit

You may get tired, but please don't sit. You are human. You will be overwhelmed. There are days you will cry and look for a shoulder to lean on

God bless you if you find that shoulder. But there are days you will not find it

If you can run, run. There are days you may not be able to run, and the best you can do is walk. Whether you are running or walking, please don't sit

As this guy was sitting, what was after him was not sitting. As he was relaxing, the persons that wanted him to go down were not relaxing

As he took a few minutes of vacation, the powers in his father's house were not on holiday

As he made a detour for 1 hour, what was coming for him did not go on break. It was coming closer

The way God structured it, that old prophet would never have found him

One of the blessings God gave you is that the devil never found you. There is a blessing called, he didn't find me. Only a few persons will understand what I said

If he found you, he would catch you. There are things that have happened and the only thing you say is, thank you Lord. Because if it came close, I am not sure what I would have done

Destiny forbids that you sit while the enemy is moving

1 Peter 5:8

Until now you have read that scripture to mean seeking what to devour. The devil does not want to devour your car, your laces and your gold. They are not important to him

What the devil is looking for is you. He wants to devour your mind. He wants to devour your faith, your passion, your zeal. It is just about you

The devil understands that if he gets you, he has gotten everything

Get up

You have sat down in depression for too long. It is time to get up

You have tolerated that evil communication 1 Corinthians 15:33. It is time to get up

You have tolerated fear and doubt for too long. You have been afraid of your tomorrow and of what the devil will do for too long. It is time to get up

Shake off the dust. Throw doubt aside

Philippians 1:6

You are still a woman of destiny 2 Corinthians 4:7

Who told you your mistake is who you are? Why are you believing the lies of the devil about you?

You may not be their choice, but you are still favored

The more you sat down, the more they took your self-esteem. The more you sat down, the more they took your prayer life

The more you sat down, the more you became confused. You lost your courage, your boldness, your audacity

What if I refuse to get up? Very easy. The old prophet will come and say, come with me 1 Kings 13:18

When men sit, their next position will be going back. He went back 1 Kings 13:19

You don't know why the devil has kept you in a place where you are not making any movement. You are just sitting

It is either you are thinking, or worried, or losing taste of life, or asking God why me. You are not in the moment of what God is doing

What the devil wants to do is to take you back

I am not going back

Our journey with God is called a walk with God. It is not called sit with God

Ask yourself, am I walking with God? Have I momentarily stopped? Is my conversation making me stagnate, sitting in God?

What you take in determines what stays

He followed the old prophet home, sat at the table and began to eat, where the Lord had said do not eat

Scriptures are replete with messages about what we eat, what we take in. Jesus replied to the devil Matthew 4:4

While he was eating, the old prophet received a word from God 1 Kings 13:20-22

May your mistake not make stupid people relevant. This was a retired prophet, a quarantined prophet. But because this young man made a mistake, he became relevant

What did he do wrong? He took in something and lost destiny. What am I taking in? Does it have the power to make me lose what God has given me?

You have eaten a lot of wrong news, so there is so much fear in your heart that you have lost opportunities and open doors

You have eaten a lot of disappointments and let them become part of your personality, so even the new things God wants to do in your life, you are no longer interested

You have eaten a lot of nonsense through music, through movies, through pornography. Now some things are slipping out of your hands

The next time you want to ask, why am I losing this, ask yourself, what am I eating?

Think of the days the devil tried you and you ate a lot of the word. When he tried your health, you released what you ate

Some of you have testimonies of how you rebuked the devil and could not find him. Faith rose inside of you. You ate it and it stayed

What you eat determines what stays

The old prophet was in Bethel. Bethel means house of God. He was an old prophet inside the house of God

Till today we still have old prophets, not outside the house but in the house, releasing stale revelation, imparting corrupted anointing, releasing delinquent vision

What are you eating?

As he ate, he lost. My pastor taught me, as you eat, you will lose. But there are things you eat and you will gain

There are things they want to feed your ears. Let them know, I don't hear such things. I will lose my consecration if I hear this thing three more times

There are offices where they discuss what your flesh wants. If you hear it three or four more times your mindset will change

So excuse yourself and tell yourself, nice idea, but I don't want to hear this one again

You do not have a destiny mate

1 Kings 13:18

Me and you are one, he said. That thing that you did, I did it

Everyone who is building and whom God is building, tell yourself, I do not have a destiny mate

We might be in the same church. We might be age mates. We might be in the same department

The pressure comes when you say, look at where my mates are. Do you know what God is about to do for you? Do you know the next chapter that is about to open in your life?

If they are getting married, let them marry. If they are building a house, let them be. If God is opening doors for them, let it open

But never say to yourself, because of what my mates have, my case is a bad one. You are unique. You are different

God is doing something marvelous for you 1 Corinthians 2:9

Always know your tribe

You are not a prophet as I am. Always know your tribe

We are all calling on the name of Jesus, but with all due respect, you don't belong to my tribe. There is a way we talk

Early one morning in 2018 I stepped out to run. A woman was taking a walk from nowhere, speaking in tongues, blasting in a Holy Ghost tornado kind of tongues

I followed her behind. She was talking and I was talking. I don't know her. I still don't know her

At some point she knew I was speaking in tongues and she slowed down. Both of us started walking and speaking in the Holy Ghost

We spoke in tongues for 1 hour 30 minutes. It began when it was not bright, and we kept going until everywhere was bright

That woman is my tribe 1 Corinthians 14:2

There were matters to settle. There are things your English cannot suffice for. There are chapters in the spirit

Not everybody around you is your tribe

In our tribe we are not afraid of the devil. In our tribe we pray. In our tribe we are not afraid of the future

In our tribe you cannot pretend around us

If you come and smile, we will pass you through the fire. If you say, I want to marry you, we will pass you through the altar

We are fine people. We communicate very well. We wear good clothes. We know how to package ourselves

Our articulation is on point. Our location is great. Our courage is superb
