The word Ebenezer simply means a stone of help.

Definition of help

To give assistance or support in the simplest form

To make it easier for someone to achieve a goal by offering service or resources

Goal behind help

To make any task or desire possible, achievable and as easy as possible.

Every man succeeds in life ministry and destiny the degree to which they have help

How God helps men

1. The first way God helps men is by showing mercy

   The mercy of God is hinged on 2 things:

   1. The nature of God(God is love, merciful..)
   2. and the nature of the fallen man(Psalm 51:5 - being shaped in iniquity and sin)

   What is mercy?

   • Compassionate treatment of those in need and those in distress
   • Refraining from punishing offending offenders
   • Showing care and providing succor

   The foundation of mercy is compassion(to show concern for the sufferings to show concern for the misfortune of others) - Mercy is a fruit or a byproduct of compassion

2. The second way God helps men is the ministry of men

   Humans are the highest of God's creation - every activity that happens on earth are men dependent.

   Both God and satan's program require men.

   Relationships are bridges to an exceptional life

   Relationships are also bridges to a life of pain and regret

   Relationships are currencies

   Money only has its value because of relationship

How to respond anytime you see God show up for you.

1. You respond with thanksgiving

   Psalm 136:1 - 4

2. Testify the goodness of God before His people

   Psalm 22:22

   So that God's people see His goodness

3. Use the blessings that comes by His help for His glory
