The Lord of the Harvest Is Still Recruiting

In Luke 10:1-3, Jesus did not stop appointing laborers at twelve. He appointed seventy others, and he has not stopped since. All that matters is that you stand somewhere in it. He is recruiting — not based on perfection, but on willingness. 1 Corinthians 1:26-28 says God uses the foolish things of the world to confound the wise.

God recruits people from the most ridiculous places — from beer parlors, from prison records, from shame. He recruits people who, if you were God, you would not call. He called Saul of Tarsus on his way to imprison and kill more Christians. In 1 Timothy 1:13, Paul described himself as a blasphemer, a persecutor, and a violent man — yet he received mercy because he acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of the Lord poured out on him abundantly.

God Hides His Special Weapons

When Samuel came to anoint a king in the house of Jesse, Jesse did not even think to bring David. God does not reveal his special weapons prematurely — so they are not given preferential treatment. The fire is allowed to forge them. Sometimes God allows his chosen ones to face exactly what everyone else faces so that when he finally brings them out, they are tested and proven.

Sometimes people who are watching your gift and your calling today will need you tomorrow. The Lord of the harvest is still recruiting — and he is humble about it.

The Wind That Gathers

At Pentecost in Acts 2:1-4, a violent wind from heaven filled the whole house. Every time God wants to recruit, he sends the wind. The wind knows how to carry what ought not to be carried. It is not a gentle breeze — it is heavy and violent. It does not negotiate.

The same wind that blew at Pentecost has not stopped blowing. It has blown in Asia, Africa, Europe, and across the world. And there are different sizes of wind — some felt only in a city, some across nations.

In Ezekiel 37, the dry bones could not stand until the wind blew. After sinews, flesh, and skin came upon them, there was still no breath — and they could not enter their potential until the wind of God blew. The army of dry bones cannot fight. The devil does not even bother attacking those who are already dead. But the wind brings life.

One wind from the Lord is enough. Seven years of barrenness, twenty years of stagnation — one wind is enough. When wind blows, it gives mobility. It uproots. It brings supernatural speed.

A Season of Pattern Breakers

There are people who came into this meeting who were not even sure they would respond. But something beyond them realigned their direction. The wind is bringing people from different places and drawing them into one room — and God will fill and equip them and send them to different parts of the world.

Apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists, pastors — writers, authors, strategic leaders, Esthers, Mordecais, Daniels, Josephs — all dimensions represented but buried. The wind is called to bring them back to where they should be.

The Lord says: "What has taken your parents all their lives, you will break in one day — with one message." This is the generation of limit breakers. This is the age of pattern breakers.

The Laborers God Needs

Not all of you will be pastors. Some will be strategic leaders — voices of influence in financial systems, politics, and business. God will no longer lack men in those sectors because you are here. There is a grace for significance being poured on men and women who are positioned.
