Operating In The Kingdom Culture - Part 2 by Pastor Mildred Kingsley-Okonkwo: MP3 Download & Sermon Notes
You Have Diplomatic Immunity — Stop Living Like A Citizen Of A Lesser Kingdom
lightbulb Message Summary - Key Nuggets
- Ambassadors Have Diplomatic Immunity: You are not a citizen of this world — you are deployed here. As an ambassador of the kingdom, the laws and conditions of this world do not have final authority over you.
- Stop Sitting at the Gate: Like the lepers, many believers are sitting at the entrance to breakthrough, waiting to die slowly, when they could move. The decision to act is the beginning of the miracle. 2 Kings 7:3
- God's Word Guarantees the Outcome: Before the lepers moved, Elisha had already spoken. The word was already given. Your movement into the promise activates what God has already declared.
- Share the Overflow: Kingdom culture means you cannot stay silent when you have found abundance. Bring others in. Report the good news. Good news left unreported is wasted. 2 Kings 7:9

Diplomatic Immunity — You Are an Ambassador
An ambassador who is sent to a foreign country is not subject to the laws of that country in the same way that ordinary citizens are. They have diplomatic immunity. They live in that nation, they function in that nation — but their primary citizenship, their protection, their identity, belongs to the kingdom that sent them.
You are an ambassador of the kingdom of God, deployed here on the earth. The conditions of this world are not your final jurisdiction.
You are in this world. But you are not of this world. Stop living like a citizen of a lesser kingdom when you carry the passport of the highest kingdom in existence.
Why Are You Still Sitting at the Gate?
2 Kings 7:3-8
In the second service, the continued account of the four lepers is the central challenge. They had already found the abundance. Silver, gold, food, clothing — more than they could use. They started taking. They started hiding.
And then conscience struck.
2 Kings 7:9 — We are not doing right. This is a day of good news and we are silent.
Some people have already received a breakthrough and they are quietly enjoying it by themselves. Kingdom culture demands that you become a conduit, not a reservoir. The word that was spoken over your life through the prophet — it was not spoken only for you. The overflow is meant to be shared.
The Word Was Already Given Before They Moved
This is critical: before the lepers ever stepped out, Elisha had already spoken the word. Tomorrow, there will be abundance. The word existed before the movement.
Your breakthrough was already spoken by God before you took the first step. Your movement into it does not create it — it activates what already exists.
That is what kingdom living is. You move into what God has already declared. You step into the word that has already been spoken. The Syrian camp was already empty when the lepers arrived. God had already dealt with the enemy before they took one step.
You are an ambassador. Move into the word. Share the overflow. The kingdom culture demands both.
