Operating In The Kingdom Culture - Part 1 by Pastor Mildred Kingsley-Okonkwo: MP3 Download & Sermon Notes
You Are A Supernatural Being — Ordinary Was Never Your Portion
lightbulb Message Summary - Key Nuggets
- Two Kingdoms, One Person: You are in this world but not of it. Living only with the consciousness of the natural world produces an inferior life. John 17:16
- Jesus Did Not Start a Religion: He came to establish a kingdom. Christianity is a kingdom culture, not a religious system — and that distinction changes everything about how you live.
- The Lepers Who Moved: In 2 Kings 7, it was the lepers — the unlikely ones on the outside — who stepped out and accessed the overflow while those inside waited. Movement activates provision. 2 Kings 7:3-9
- Good News Must Be Shared: When they had taken what they needed, the lepers said, "We are not doing right." Kingdom culture compels you to bring others into what God has given you.

You Are from a Different Kingdom
John 17:16
You are in this world but you are not of it. That is not a cliché — it is a statement of origin. If you only live with the consciousness of being in this world, you will live an inferior life. You have access to a kingdom that operates by completely different rules.
Jesus did not come to start a new religion. He came to establish a kingdom. The supernatural should be your ordinary. It should be your regular. And the name of this church — Supernatural Life Church — is a constant daily reminder of that fact.
The Lepers Who Moved — 2 Kings 7
2 Kings 7:3-9
A famine had consumed Samaria. The prophet Elisha had spoken a word: tomorrow at this time, abundance will be available at the gate. But four lepers sat outside the city gate and asked: why do we sit here until we die?
They had nothing going for them. They were the last people anyone expected to carry the news of breakthrough. But they made a decision to move.
If we stay, we die. If we go to the Syrian camp, maybe we live. Let us go.
When they arrived at the camp, the Syrians were gone. God had caused them to hear the sound of a great army and they had fled. The lepers found food, silver, gold, and clothing.
- They did not sit and wait for the breakthrough to come to them.
- They stepped out in the twilight — not in broad daylight, not with all the conditions perfect — and they moved.
- It was the unlikely ones, the outsiders, the overlooked, who accessed the overflow first.
Good News Is Meant to Be Shared
2 Kings 7:9
After eating and hiding silver and gold, the lepers said to one another: we are not doing right. This is a day of good news, and we are silent. If we wait until morning, punishment will come upon us.
Kingdom culture does not allow you to hoard what God has given you. What he releases to you is meant to flow through you.
Bring others into the blessing. Report the good news. What you have found, share it. That is kingdom culture operating at its finest — not consuming everything for yourself, but becoming a channel for what God has opened.
Move. The camp is empty. Everything you need is already waiting for those who are willing to take a step.
