The triune nature of God
No man can fully understand the triune nature of God intellectually.
The reason why the believers work is called the faith work because there are many aspects of the believer's work that will demand you believing and trusting that body of knowledge beyond the realm of explanation and beyond the grasp of intellect. If you would have to intellectualize everything to receive, then there are aspects of the God life and the believers work that you may reject. This is one of such areas.
Acts 17:29, Colossians 2:9, Romans 1:19 - 20
The word "triune" means 3 manifested in 1
Exodus 20:3, Deuteronomy 4:39, Ephesians 4:6, James 2:9

What is man? Why did God create man?
Psalm 144:4, Job 7:17-18, Psalms 8:1-4
It is important that you know yourself, not just God alone.
It is wonderful to know God, but something happens to you when you know yourself - You understand the possibilities that were programmed in making, you understand the vulnerabilities that come with your person and it sponsors dependence on God.
5 things you should know about man
-
Man is a created being - Genesis 1:26 - 28, Genesis 2:7, Revelation 4:11
Psalm 139:14-16(Man was not a mistake)
Isaiah 45:11
The bible says that man was both created and formed
To create means to bring into existence that which is not visible here.
To form means to frame, to bring shape or fashion.
Genesis 1:26
The image of God means His nature, His glory - classically speaking it means He created in the similitude of Christ, having the spiritual substance the very quality of God, that we call Glory.
Then talking about likeness - Man has the features of God and functions like God.
-
Man was designed to be a dependent being, dependent on God, fellow man and his environment.
Acts 17:23 - 28
There is a space in your life that can never be filled until you are in connection with God almighty
-
Man is a being with intelligence - Man was designed with the ability to reason, imagine, express his thought in language and arts, and then to give material frame to his thoughts and imaginations.
Man operates beyond genetics and instincts Genesis 2:15&19-20, Genesis 11:6, Romans 1:21, Ephesians 3:20
-
Man was created a moral being - having the ability to make choices distinguishing between right and wrong, having the ability to feel and to face consequences.
If your destiny will happen, it is up to God and up to you, not either alone.
Make reference to the path of the just, talking about choices and decision - "No has the ability to select consequences, you can only make choices and decision and automatically they have consequences attached to it"
John 3:14 - 18, Romans 1:20
