It Is Enough

2 Samuel 24:16 — when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, the Lord repented and said to the angel that destroyed the people: "It is enough. Stay now thine hand."

The Lord said every longstanding issue is dealt with tonight. You don't have to go the long route. Today might be your shortcut.

What is that thing that must end in your life, in your family? It is enough. Enough is enough. This feeling of being stuck — enough is enough.

No More Transferable Reproach

Ezekiel 18:1-3 — the word of the Lord came saying, "What do you mean that you use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying the fathers have eaten sour grapes and the children's teeth are set on edge?" As I live, says the Lord God, you shall not have occasion anymore to use this proverb.

Anything that went wrong in the life of your ancestors is no longer transferable to you. Whatever covenant has been entered into, whatever your parents did on your behalf, whatever your grandparents did — God says you will no longer use that proverb.

Everything speaking against your life — everything done before you were born that is still speaking against your life — you declare: it is enough.

Signs That You Need to Pray

1. Repeated Cycles of Failure Despite Effort

   Haggai 1:6 — you have sown much and brought in little. You ate but have not enough. You drink but are not filled. You clothe yourself but there is none warm. You earn wages but put them into a bag with holes. You are walking like an elephant but have nothing to show for it.

2. Unusual Delay or Denial of Good Things

   Ezekiel 12:25 — there shall be no more delay. Unusual delay in marriage, business, promotion, opportunity. It will reach your turn and then the policy changes. It keeps happening.

3. Strange or Recurring Dreams of Bondage

   Recurring affliction in the dream. Somebody coming to molest you. Being heavily pursued. Seeing strange things happening to your body.

   Like the woman in Mark 5, who spent twelve years and all her money on medical solutions and grew rather worse. Jesus called the condition in Luke 13 a spirit of infirmity. Doctors say there's nothing wrong, yet the condition persists.

5. Financial Leakage and Unexplained Loss

   You can't trace how money leaves. Every investment crashes. Fire outbreaks, armed robbery, government policy changes — always targeting you specifically. The devil is a thief, but when he is caught, he must return sevenfold.

6. Family Pattern of Premature Death or Tragedy

   There was a curse of untimely death over one family. Father died at 57. His elder brother at 46, found in a gutter. By the time this minister was born, none of his father's elder siblings were alive. God revealed the ancestral spirits and the demonic agreements. After thorough prayer and the shedding of the blood, nobody else has died in that family since — and the elder brother who was supposed to die at 36 is heading toward 60.

7. Constant Rejection

   People accept everyone but you. A business deal looks like it's closing, then something goes wrong. A relationship looks promising and then rejection comes. It has happened four times. This course is ending tonight.

   Feeling Trapped or Stagnant

   Isaiah 43:19 — I will do a new thing. I will make a way in the wilderness. Isaiah 45:2 — I will break the bars of iron and cut the gates of brass for you. The path of a just man is supposed to shine brighter and brighter toward a perfect day. If you are on the same spot financially, maritally, professionally — you should react.

A Personal Testimony of Deliverance

When this minister was praying about his family, asking God for direction, the Lord said: "Wait — I want to tell you something about your father's house that you don't know." He was shown principal creatures in a vision. God revealed four ancestral spirits embedded in his father's compound and named where each one was located.

At 1:00 a.m., while praying outside, an evil spirit spoke audibly from a coconut tree in a strange language. The enemy said, "How old are you that you are troubling people who killed your ancestors?" The response: "I have swallowed the ancient of days. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world."

He stood his ground. The next morning, a miserable-looking bird was found dead in front of the compound. That was the last time anybody died in that family.

The Covenant of Ease

They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony. Christ has redeemed you from the curse of the law. Galatians 3:13 — the blessing of Abraham may come upon you.

When Peter toiled all night and caught nothing, Jesus came into his boat — and what looked impossible not only became possible, it became easy. That is the covenant of ease.

What has proven uneasy, what you and your siblings have tried and no one has been able to do — the covenant of ease is declared over your life tonight.
