The word that gives access

The entrance of God's word gives light and understanding Psalm 119:130

God calls a solemn assembly to do us good, and the way he does good is by giving access to the revelation of his word. God's method has always been his word. One thing is needful Luke 10:41-42, so do not allow the devil to distract you from receiving your word.

3 ways to raise mighty believers

1. The way of intimacy

   Daniel 11:32, John 17:3

   Teach them the way of intimacy with the Holy Spirit, also called the way of the altar. Show them the ordinances of intimacy, the pathway that deepens their relationship with the Holy Spirit

   Prayer for intimacy, not just for obtaining requests. The fellowship of the Holy Spirit is koinonia, participation, sharing together 2 Corinthians 13:14

   Functional knowledge of God is what lets them reign

2. The way of victory

   It is not enough to teach personal edification, love for Jesus and consecration. You will have consecrated people with no results. Teach the resources of the kingdom: the word, wisdom, the Holy Spirit, the power of the name, faith, the creative power of the spoken word

   Teach the value of productivity and wisdom. When sickness comes, they know how to take authority

3. The way of kingdom relevance and purpose

   A dimension beyond personal victory: investing in the advancement of God's program. The real advantage to the kingdom is not in being saved, not in being victorious, but in being invested in birthing God's program, as a witness and an ambassador

   Salvation is for your benefit. Victory is for your benefit

Lopsidedness

Victory taught without the altar: wise people who produce results but have no fear of God. Increase becomes a cost and they compromise. The altar without victory: deeply in love with Jesus, can give their lives, cannot pay school fees. Useless as light and salt

Victory only: the entire scope is personal results and they never think kingdom. Victory comes before purpose because if you are not victorious you will be too distracted. Give us our daily bread Matthew 6:11. Those invested in God's program have conquered life at a personal level

Someone knows the assignment but is not doing it because the wife is still crying

Check yourself

Some need to go back and learn intimacy. You use God as the most intelligent route to success. Some love God but are frustrated. Intimacy will not automatically fix bankruptcy in the laws of dominion. You need the way of victory

Some are victorious but irrelevant and self-centered, and God cannot trust them. Those who say my life is a living sacrifice, I have access to victory, now I am invested in your program, are called witnesses and ambassadors

Salt and light

Matthew 5:13-16

Jesus is contrasting value systems. Let your light shine means permit it, do not restrain it. Believers are classified in two ways: identity and function

Identity: union with Christ. Branches of the vine, heirs of God and joint heirs, the righteousness of God in Christ, one spirit with him. Function: witnesses, ambassadors, kings and priests, light and salt

Salt gives taste and preserves. It is never too late to add salt. No one is too old, there is always space in God's program. Light is whatever makes manifest. Rooms dark for 10 years, 2 years, 1 week, 1 day, one switch and they all come up. Length of darkness does not matter in the presence of true light

You don't have to be everywhere for your impact to be everywhere. A fixed point with a circumference of influence, like the sun swallowing darkness

Taking charge

Lopsided spiritual development is dangerous. The area of deficiency becomes Satan's advantage. Satan studies the template of your growth. The area of neglect becomes his advantage

3 errors that can proceed from the pulpit

1. Apostasy or falsehood

   1 Timothy 4:1

   Deviation from the known patterns of God, complete falsehood. A genuine man of God can still deliver the doctrine of demons

2. Inaccurate application of kingdom principles

   Matthew 4

   The principle is correct and the application is wrong. Giving becomes manipulation, honor becomes human worship. Satan masters this. Turn stones to bread: he used desire. Cast yourself down, it is written: accurate, yet a tool of deception. Jesus detected it

3. Imbalance or incomplete communication of truth

   Acts 20:27-28

   The whole counsel of God. A 10 digit number with 8 digits correct will not call. Many carry 8 over 10 of the revelation and the doors still do not open

   Guard against incomplete spiritual knowledge

3 tools to establish dominion on the earth

1. Evangelism

   Mark 16:15

   It is impossible for the government of heaven to find expression in any domain, or for believers to walk in authority, if we ignore evangelism. There is only one key to the kingdom and that key is a person, Jesus John 14:6. After that come the keys of the kingdom, the mysteries that command your portion of dominion

   Beyond mission mentality, it is the only gateway for spiritual transition from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of God's dear Son. Jesus is the door, not one of the doors. Anyone inside not by the door is a thief and a robber John 10:1

   Pentecostal charismatics downplayed it and focused on discipleship, but discipleship starts from evangelism. Can you clean a fish you have not caught? Dominion is difficult when those in the territory do not have Christ in their hearts. God desires all men to be saved 1 Timothy 2:4

   Evangelism is the art of communicating the gospel clearly so the unbeliever hears, is convicted by the Spirit and is converted. 3 dimensions of the great commission: evangelism, discipleship, becoming a witness

   God calls unbelievers a harvest, ripe. The laborers are few, pray the Lord of the harvest to send laborers. If every believer committed to evangelism, a whole territory would come under governing influence. No matter how we pray and fast, if we do not go they will not be saved

2. Transformation through discipleship

   Matthew 28:18-19

   There is Mark's go and there is another go. First go soul winning. Second go culturing believers to maturity, teaching them to observe all things. Saved people never experience the power because enjoying the riches of salvation is growth and maturity dependent

   An heir as long as he is a child differs nothing from a slave Galatians 4:1. The government is upon the shoulder of the son, not the child Isaiah 9:6. Dominion is growth dependent. The price for dominion is transformation

   Elements of transformation: enlightenment, renewal, an upgrade of your belief system, an editing of what is resident in your mind. Salvation initiates the process that transforms you from unbeliever to witness, through prayer, the word, teaching and the Holy Ghost

   There is a level of maturity in prayer where you are not asking for things. Assignment: search out the prayers of Paul for the church and pray them for yourself. The kingdom thrives on knowledge. What you don't know keeps you a victim

   Know about God, Satan, failure, success, victory, prayer and the word

   Jeremiah 3:15

   Shepherds feed you with knowledge, like a spiritual chef. Garbage in, garbage out. When outcomes do not represent dominion, check what is entering you

   Matthew 13:11

   Knowledge is likened to keys

   • Keys of information
   • Keys of presence. The weight of glory and doors open, like airport sensor doors
   • Keys of relationships. Luke 11:5-8 Be fruitful means be relational, vertical and horizontal. Know the Spirit and the bride, learn how to know men. Many born again believers fail because they don't understand the law of relationships

   Many believers keep failing and think it is God. The problem is transformation

   Colossians 1:9-11

   Paul's second prayer. A believer can be unfruitful, so pray to be fruitful in every good work, financially and spiritually

   Philippians 2:5

   Transformation is the process that causes you to become like Christ in experience, in thinking, in talking and in function. Jesus won because of requisite transformation

   Transformation is the name of the process, and it is a laborious journey. The difference between champions and mean men in the kingdom is transformation

   It is a waste for certain anointings to rest on a version that will waste it. Capacity. Many unanswered prayers are because the answer was not supposed to come to this version of you. A boy praying for a mustache. Children dressing like their mothers

   What you are looking for is looking for you, but not this version. Psalm 89:20 The word "my servant" is a journey. God could find David the busybody, David the businessman, and wait until he becomes my servant. That journey can take 10 years. I have found Rebecca but I am still looking for the malleable woman to anoint as mother of nations. I have found Mary but not yet my handmaiden

   One grace needed to sponsor dominion is the grace of a reformer. An intercessor without it cannot culture men to change territories. Territories do not change until the change agents are transformed. Your territory will look like you. Your members mirror your transformation. You cannot raise people higher than your level of insight, growth and anointing

   God raises a few as samples to show it is possible within a generation. Follow the pathway, don't just admire. Abraham and Esther are not only stories, they are spiritual pathways that produce a certain kind of believer. We are living epistles

   Every one of us is a book or mirror describing the invisible God. Some made men hate God by the reflection

   Micah 4:2

   This is the season the mountain of the Lord's house is exalted above every other mountain. Three things happen there: he teaches us his ways, we walk in his paths, we encounter the God of Jacob

   Personal journey: my foundation was encounters. I enjoyed his presence but hardly saw victory. The Lord showed me that was only the foundational layer. Don't neglect encounters, add the transformation layer. Transformation is a discipline, not a gift

   It is warfare. Satan's access to your life is primarily your belief system, his software. Even in Christ, the software of darkness running in the mind explains manifestations of darkness. It goes beyond secular education and being western. You can live in the UK or Canada for 10 years, enlightened but not transformed. It is not measured by how western you are, it is measured by the word compliancy of your belief system

3. Influence

   The capacity to have an effect on the mindset and convictions of men without force or cruelty. A major key to kingdom advance

   Dominion is establishing and enforcing the government, values and possibilities of heaven on earth, and it happens through influence. The kingdoms of heaven and of darkness are spiritual but depend on physical infrastructure: men, belief systems or ideologies, and institutions or systems

   Satan hijacks a territory by capturing men, capturing belief systems, and building institutions that enforce the belief system. To liberate a territory: regeneration through salvation, release from bondage of the belief system, then use influence to become a power broker over policies and systems

   No matter how transformed you are, it takes influence to enforce dominion. Someone influenced how you dress, the food you eat and your idea of success. It matters who influences you. Light is not passive, salt is not tasteless. A believer is not called to be quiet

   The battlefield is the heart through salvation and the mind through transformation. Influence is the natural consequence of salvation plus transformation. Dominion is impossible without kingdom influence, influence is impossible without transformation, and transformation without salvation

   Influence is a sacred responsibility, not a basis for pride and ego. A kingdom influencer is a custodian of the life, values and possibilities of the kingdom. Dominion is the life of Christ plus the mind of Christ. Unbelievers contend for kingdom principles, the mind of Christ, without the life of Christ and build enviable empires

   Transformation is the window through which the life of Christ finds expression, like a fragrance 2 Corinthians 2:14, Habakkuk 2:14. To get perfume you must apply pressure

Prophetic declarations

5 pillars of influence

1. Growth and transformation

   Luke 2:52, Acts 10

   Jesus increased in wisdom, stature and favor with God and men first, anointing later. Baby Jesuses want anointing, but anointing rests upon capacity. Before give me, pray make me. The prodigal son lost the ability to retain because he was not made. At the end he said make me

   God makes then gives. Giving in the kingdom is trust Matthew 25:15. Don't ask for 10,000 members, ask to be made a vessel that can steward 10,000

   Growth attracts blessings preordained to match that growth. The man with 100 million won't use it for a recharge card. To him it is a privilege. Everybody is a giver, it depends on the capacity of the one asking. Don't ask for a global anointing, you are asking for 20 years of discipline and 30 years of consistency

   Most believers will have their prayers answered if they focus on making more than giving. Early in ministry my honorarium came rolled like a meat pie, a squeezed 1,000 naira. I did not complain, I just grew. Take it as a challenge, say Lord enlarge me

   Don't be offended when you are kept at the back. Keep growing. Influence comes with the weight of glory. Children cannot command dominion even though it is their heritage

   How to grow: submit methodically to

   • Prayer Luke 9:29
   • The word of God Acts 20:32, Colossians 3:16
   • Worship in the house of God. There are things that only happen in the house of God Psalm 20:1-2, Psalm 122:1. Do not neglect the assembling of yourselves Hebrews 10:25
   • Study to show yourself approved 2 Timothy 2:15

2. Value and productivity

   1 Kings 7:13-14, Mark 1:35-37

   Not productive, no dominion. Prayer and fasting plus being valuable to the world. Otherwise don't call yourself light and salt. The Melchizedek order is king and priest. Priest unto God, king in the tech space, the marketplace, the leadership space

   Hiram was a widow's son, a worker in brass, filled with wisdom and understanding. He began with a disadvantage and ended in the palace. Don't stop until the palace. Keep interpreting dreams even in prison. Stop growing when you stand before the king

   Spirituality is no excuse to downplay value. How do you know you are valuable? By who is pursuing you. All men seek for you. Businessmen, politicians, academicians and mothers seek you

   Grace is like rain. It depends on the bucket. Grace received, utilized and maximized. There is no gift of prayer in study. Study is labor. Submit to superior mentorship

   My relevance will not end on the pulpit. Kings sit with you and politicians call you father because of capacity and content. Being born again doesn't make men dummies Psalm 45:1. What do you know about your world, leadership, governance and finances? You need to know what makes the grace on your life speak

   If nobody is looking for you, they didn't forget you, they don't need you. In Jonah's boat people were decongesting the boat. Buy books and tapes. Quit vain jesting on social media as a commentator. Build capacity so God can present you like a trophy

   What you saw in the vision is for the secret place, not the boardroom. If you don't have capacity keep quiet

3. Wisdom and excellence

   Daniel 5:12-15

   An excellent spirit: insight, intelligence, outstanding wisdom. The call for Daniel is a dimension of relevance. God's name is excellent, your name too should be excellent Psalm 8:1

   Excellence is to be competent, to surpass ordinary standards, to be thorough, a master of your craft. Excellence is a product of practice. The stage is not for practice, the wilderness is. The cave of Adullam. Kill the lion in the wilderness before Goliath

   The anointing rested upon an art that had been mastered. David did not hit Goliath twice. Opportunities do not give room to rehearse. Spiritual quality control and standardization. Deliver to expectation, not up today and down tomorrow. He that strives for mastery is crowned if he strives lawfully 2 Timothy 2:5

4. Wealth and abundance

   Genesis 42:1-2, Psalm 112:3

   You cannot exert dominion without trusting God for grace to walk in sufficiency. There is a relationship between sufficiency, economic emancipation and practical dominion. Nobody follows anything that resembles failure. You can't carry grave clothes and say follow me to resurrection

   Jacob's corn was in Egypt. Corn is good but the location was wrong. Hunger will always take Israel to Egypt. Satan makes sure there is no corn where you are and puts corn in Egypt. Wealth is a defender of consecration. Temptation connects with a need in you. If you are not hungry, turn stones to bread is useless to you

   Children of pastors prefer to serve the devil because it looked like God scammed them. Pray for wisdom that makes corn available in your house so you do not need Egypt Psalm 112:1-3

   Bring people out of Egypt into the house of God. There is not only the ark in my house, there is also corn. Elijah was hungry 1 Kings 17:10-11. He told the widow, get me water quickly, add bread. A pastor in hunger asks for bread and water, not salvation

   I will not beg for bread while serving God. Reject poverty, let your mind reject it. Young people need superior alternatives of economic emancipation. Stop fraud, stop prostituting, you need an alternative

   Spirituality, economics and the psychology of wealth

5. The supernatural, signs and wonders

   Acts 5:12-16, John 4:48, Psalm 77:14-15

   Multitudes came on account of the supernatural. You cannot do the business of the kingdom with intellect only. Principles don't cast out demons

   Principles only work when spirits don't sit on the laws. 1 plus 1 is 2, but 1 plus 2 plus a demonic attack can be minus 80. Don't just have mathematics in your head, you must have the power
