Matthew 5:16 - Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

John 15:8 - Herein is our Father glorified, that you bear much fruit. So shall you be my disciples.

Galatians 1:24 - And they glorified God in me.

God can be glorified in and through a man. We're here to contend for higher levels in the spirit.

The Foundation: Access to Light

Acts 20:20 - I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but I have showed you, and I have taught you publicly, from house to house.

Jeremiah 3:15 - I will give you pastors according to my heart, and they will feed you with knowledge and with understanding.

Acts 20:32 - I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and then to give you an inheritance among them that are sanctified.

When a Believer is bankrupt of the word, there is not much that you can do over that believer except to pray the prayer of Mercy or to bring that believer under a prophetic covering. Our security, our immunity in this kingdom is access to light.

Three Keys That Open Doors

There are three biblical platforms that guarantee open doors:

1. The Right Key - Revelation 3:7 - He that hath the Key of David, that openeth and no man shutteth, and shutteth and no man openeth.
2. Knocking - Matthew 7:7-8 - Ask, and it shall be given unto you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh, it shall be opened.
3. Supernatural Power - Acts 16:25-27 - At midnight Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises unto God, and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken and immediately, all the doors were opened.

Three Dimensions of Scripture

Every time you open your Bible, scripture contains three things:

1. Promises - God's commitment to the believer
2. Principles - The modus operandi of the Kingdom

3. Prophecies

The promises of God represent His commitment to the believer. If you cannot find it in the word, then God's power will not sponsor the manifestation of it because His power always follows His word.

The Danger of Ignorance

Galatians 4:1 - An heir for as long as he is a child differs nothing from his servant even though he be Lord of all.

Ephesians 4:18 - Having their understanding darkened, be alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their minds.

Psalm 82:5-7 - They know not, neither will they understand. They walk on in darkness, and all the foundations of the Earth are out of course. I have said ye are gods and all of you are children of the most high. But you shall die like mere man and fall like one of these princes.

Hosea 4:6 - My people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge. Because thou has rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee so that thou shall be no priest unto me.

The Ministry of the Holy Spirit

John 16:12-13 - I have many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. Howbeit when he the Spirit of Truth is come, he will guide you into all truth.

1 Corinthians 2:11-12 - For what man knows the things of a man save the spirit of man that is in him? Even so, the things of God knoweth no man but the spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God, that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

Two Principles for Engaging Keys

PRINCIPLE #1: Knowledge of Spiritual Provisions Available in Christ

Ephesians 1:3 - Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

We've been blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. Our assignment is to transport these blessings to become our experience here and now.

2 Peter 1:3-4 - According as his divine power hath given us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue. Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises, that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Examples of Exceeding Great and Precious Promises:

• Genesis 12:2-3 - I will make of thee a great nation. And I will bless thee and make thy name great, and thou shall be a blessing. And I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that cursed thee. And in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

• Joshua 1:8 - This book of the Lord shall not depart from out of your mouth, but thou shall meditate therein day and night that thou mayest observe to do all that is written therein. For then shall thou make thy way prosperous and thou shall have good success.
• Isaiah 49:16 - Behold, I have graven thee upon the palm of my hands. Thy words are continually before me.
• Psalm 91:3,5-8,10-12,15-16 - Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, from the noisome pestilence. Thou shall not be afraid for the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flyeth by day. A thousand shall fall by thy side and ten thousand by thy right side, but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with your eyes shall thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee to keep you in all your ways. They shall bear thee up on their hands lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. He shall call upon me and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation.
• Job 22:29 - When men are cast down, then shall thou say, there is lifting up, and he shall save the humble person.
• 1 John 5:14-15 - And this is the confidence that we have in him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he heareth us. And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have our petitions that we have desired of him.

Isaiah 8:20 - To the law and to the testimony, if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

PRINCIPLE #2: Faith to Engage the Promises So That They Deliver

Luke 1:45 - Blessed is she that believes. For unto her, there shall be a performance of those things that were told her by the mouth of the Lord.

Just because the Lord said it does not mean that there will be a performance. There is another factor that is responsible for performance: faith to engage the promises to deliver. In one word, faith is obedience.

Understanding Conditions Connected to Promises:

• Job 36:11 - If they obey and serve Him, they shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasure.
• Isaiah 1:19 - If ye be willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land.

• Deuteronomy 28:1-2 - It shall come to pass, if thou shalt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord, to observe and to do all that I command thee, that the Lord your God shall set thee on high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come on thee and overtake thee if thou shalt hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God.

The Blessings of Deuteronomy 28:

1. Blessed shall thou be in the city
2. Blessed shall thou be in the field
3. Blessed shall be the fruit of your body
4. Blessed shall be the fruit of your ground
5. Blessed shall be the fruit of your cattle
6. Blessed shall be thy basket and thy store
7. Blessed shall thou be when thou comest in and blessed shall thou be when thou goest out

Deuteronomy 28:7 - The Lord shall cause thy enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face. They shall come out against thee one way and flee before thee seven ways.

Deuteronomy 28:8 - The Lord shall command the blessing upon your storehouses and in all the undertakings of your hands.

Deuteronomy 28:10 - All the people of the Earth shall see that thou art called by the name of the Lord and they shall be afraid of you.

Deuteronomy 28:12 - The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure the Heavens to give the Rain to thy land in his season and to bless all the work of thy hand and thou shall lend to many nations and thou shall not borrow.

You Are a Blessing

Everywhere you go, you are a blessing. When Jacob went to the house of Laban, everything began to multiply because of his presence. You are the ark bearer. You are taking the ark, the presence of God, to that organization.

Genesis 12:3 - In thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

You are not a curse, you are not a luggage to anybody's destiny. The moment people start complaining that your life is an inconvenience, go for a retreat and declare: "Lord, I am a blessing. I am not a curse."

The Power of Obedience

Obedience to God's word is the only way to commit God's integrity to perform on your behalf. No amount of sacrifice will substitute for the place of obedience.

1 Samuel 15:22-23 - Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.

Scripture-Based Prayer

When you are praying, don't pray blind prayers, pray scripture-based prayers. Scripture-based prayers are the kinds of prayers that are consistent with the will of God.

Matthew 6:11 - Give us this day our daily bread.

Your daily bread means every supply that makes for your sufficiency. When you wake up in the morning, insist that it arrives that day.

Practical Application

• Get at least seven to ten powerful scriptures across several areas of your life
• Meditate upon them
• Put scriptures on audio and play them on repeat while you sleep
• Speak to your day every morning
• Lock your office/home and pray as a priest over your business/family
• Make a covenant with God that your approach to all matters must be word-based

The Importance of Wisdom

Proverbs 8 - By me, kings reign, and princes decree justice. With me are riches, wealth, and honor; yea, durable riches and righteousness.

James 1:5 - If any man lack wisdom, let him ask of God that giveth to all men liberally.

Nevertheless, At Thy Word

Luke 5:4-6 - Launch into the deep and let down your nets for a draught. And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they enclosed a great multitude of fishes, and their net brake.

Jesus said "nets" (plural) but they only let down one net. Every aspect of your life can have a catch - spiritual nets, financial nets, relationship nets, health nets.

Closing Declaration

From tonight, make a covenant with God that your approach to any and all matters of your life must be a word-based approach. Until you have found what the word says, don't act. No matter the pressure, remain there.

Everything looks difficult until knowledge demystifies it. Light brings that which was hidden to bear. Your dominion in this kingdom is predicated upon your sound knowledge of the promises of God.
