Victory at Last

I want to share on victory at last.

Jesus said, "Let us pass over onto the other side." Life has two sides and God does not want you to remain on one side for long. There's a side of pain and there's a side of peace. There's a side of setback. Jesus said, like He's saying tonight, "Let us go to the other side. Let us move."

He said "let us" — you can't move to another side alone. The next level of your life needs God's involvement.

In the morning they were on one side. At noon they were on one side. Come to the evening, Jesus said, "Let's change." How you start doesn't matter. But you must understand there is the evening time. You have seen your morning time. You have seen the noon time. There is the evening time. Let us pass onto the other side. The day will not end how it started. God in His power is bringing a change of level.

The Storm That Rises When You Are Crossing Over

In passing to the other side, the enemy rose up his head. When they were on one side of life, there was comfort. When they were on one side of life, there was seeming peace. Anytime you see a storm, know there is something good on the other side. Anytime you see Satan raise up his head, there is something on the other side.

You say, "Man of God, how come lately my life is almost war? I move from one battle to another battle." It is because there's a new side you are about to enter.

As Jesus got on the boat, the Bible says the wind came. The storm was tempestuous. But don't forget — He rebuked the wind and said to the sea: "Peace, be still." And the wind ceased. And there was a great calm.

Storms Have Many Faces

The storms you face are not always natural storms. There is a storm with a human face. Bartimaeus was blind and he heard that Jesus was passing. He began to cry out. That was his only opportunity. "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy." And the disciples, knowing that was the man's only opportunity, began to scream at him, "Shut up. We can see, Jesus has not heard us. You are blind. Shut up."

And Bartimaeus said, "Who is telling me to shut up?" — It was a human storm. But it was part of the package.

In Acts 19, Paul was so blessed that handkerchiefs were taken from his body and evil spirits left when the handkerchief touched the sick. But there were seven boys who saw a demon in a man and said, "In the name of Jesus Paul preaches, come out." When they entered the room, the demon looked at them and said, "Jesus, I know. Paul, I know. But who are you?" And the Bible says the man beat them, each one, and they ran out naked. Young men with no connection — spirits beat them up. That is why everyone who wants to succeed in life must have a connection.

No matter the storm, so long Jesus is in your boat, the storm may come, but it will cease. I don't know the storm. Make sure Jesus is in your boat. Your child says to you, "Mommy, look at what is going on." Tell that child, "Jesus is in our boat." The doctor gave you a report. Don't be afraid. Tell the doctor, "Jesus is in my boat." Things are going wrong financially. Tell your finances, "Jesus is in my boat."

Protect Your Joy

Do everything to protect your joy. A son came to his father and said, "My father, I've been waiting for you to die. But the way I'm seeing you, you are not planning to die soon. Give me my portion." In other words, "Your death will profit me more than when you are alive." It was a storm. But the prodigal son's father remained alive. Do everything to protect your joy. Do everything to protect your happiness. Anything that will make you sad, walk away from it.

When his son came back, he threw a party. He was a happy man. So long he was happy, he lived long.

The Mysterious Battle

Some of you are going through things that when you open your mouth to tell people what you are going through, they will doubt it. It's like a mystery. They will argue it. They will not believe you. But there is a God in heaven. Whatever mysterious battle that you are currently experiencing, the God of heaven will bring you out of it.

A man was referred to our office. He came with several cars. A nurse and a doctor were with him. He was the tallest man I have seen. But his kidney was infected. His liver had a cancer. He had a tumor in his brain. His intestines were cutting. He had prostate cancer. When he was pressed, it would take him almost 48 hours for something to drop.

When he entered my office and narrated the story, the Holy Ghost said, "Tell him to embrace Me." I said, "I embrace Jesus." He said, "Where is he?" I said, "Standing with you, tall man." I prayed with him. I said, "Are you pressed now?" He said, "It's not easy like that. I have to be given injections by this nurse to ease the pain while I wait for the pee."

He went to use my restroom. The apostle is still the same thing. It was a Friday. On Sunday we were dancing in church and I spotted somebody from outside who came out of the car. He was dancing from outside. He said, "Yes, sir, me, sir. The brain tumor is gone. My kidney is healed. The prostate is gone." Because he embraced Jesus, and Jesus took away that storm.

I don't know the report the doctor gave you, but in the next few minutes, you will see the power of God in your body, in your life.

Every evil storm in my life, peace be still. Every evil storm in my life, peace. Be still. Mention the areas where there is a storm. The power of God will come upon you and begin to silence your storm. Lord, you want to end the shame. You want to put an end to mockery. In the name of Jesus, they will give way. Witchcraft forces will give way. Things will be happening in your family. In the name of Jesus.

The God who sits on the throne, the God of heaven, He will surprise you. I said God will surprise you. The Holy Ghost will surprise you. The anointing of God will surprise you. The Spirit of God will surprise you. Your life will change. Your home will change. What you shall be celebrating will shock people around you.
