The Price for New Dimensions

The path of the just shines more and more unto the perfect day Proverbs 4:18. The perfect day is not the day you shine brightest, it is the day the Lord comes to wrap up life as we know it. Until then there is still room to press.

Even the vulture, with its precision from a high altitude, and the lion, unafraid of any animal, have not seen or trodden every path Job 28:7-8. There are still realms and dimensions kept for the people of God.

John was already in the spirit and already in heaven, yet the voice still said come up here Revelation 4:1, Revelation 1:10. There is always more.

Many rise to a level in ministry, business, or career and plateau there until they are edged out of relevance. Responsible Christianity means being open to what redemption has provided while also playing your participatory role. The Spirit and the bride say come, if the bride does not answer, it cannot manifest.

Six Prices for New Dimensions

1. A deeper experience with God

   The deeper the root, the greater the news you make in the spirit. A heavy object makes noise when it falls, a feather does not.

   2 Kings 19:30

   The remnant that escapes takes root downward before it bears fruit upward.

   2 Chronicles 15:10-15

   Judah bound itself in covenant to seek the Lord with all their heart, and the Lord gave them rest.

   2 Chronicles 26:5

   As long as Uzziah sought the Lord, God made him to prosper.

   Exodus 33:14-16

   Moses told God that if His presence would not go with them, do not take them from that place. Not every open door is God's door, even a prison has a door that opens.

   • Never let the pursuit of God become an embarrassment because of where you have arrived
   • Never let your clothes be too expensive to touch the ground, like David dancing undignified before the ark while Michal despised him for it
   • The God you found in the wilderness must be the God you honor in the palace

2. Unbending focus

   Philippians 3:12-15

   Paul said he counted himself not to have apprehended, forgetting those things behind and reaching for those ahead.

   Isaiah 50:7

   The Lord God will help me, therefore I have set my face like a flint.

   • Obtain grace to fight arrival mentality. Lucifer said I will ascend and thought he already knew everything, then he fell
   • Both failure and success can distract you. Failure discourages, success can create complacency
   • In Gideon's water test, those who knelt down to drink like ordinary men were sent home. Those who lapped like dogs, still alert that there was more ground to cover, were kept

3. Greater enlightenment

   Galatians 2:1-2

   Paul said he went up to Jerusalem by revelation, not by suggestion.

   1 Corinthians 8:2

   If any man thinks he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know.

   Acts 18:24-26

   Apollos was mighty in the scriptures, yet Aquila and Priscilla still expounded the way of God to him more perfectly.

   There are two dimensions of enlightenment to contend for.

   • The mysteries of the kingdom Matthew 13:11, the spiritual secrets by which dominion is activated
   • The law of life and human nature, the wisdom of the cosmos. The children of this world are wiser in their generation than the children of light Luke 16:8. Jesus sent His disciples out as sheep among wolves and told them to be wise as serpents Matthew 10:16-17, after first teaching them the Beatitudes Matthew 5

   Laws of the cosmos to understand: the law of cause and effect, the law of seasons, the law of polarity where every darkness points to a light.

   God sent Moses to learn all the wisdom of the Egyptians though his assignment was purely spiritual Acts 7:22. Abraham went down to Egypt during famine and came back rich in silver and gold Genesis 12:10-20, Genesis 13:1-2. Daniel refused the king's rich food but received the wisdom of the Babylonians Daniel 1:8.

   You are not permitted to copy the lifestyle of Egypt or bow to its gods, but you are free to extract its wisdom.

5. Strategic connections

   Nehemiah asked the king for letters to the governors instead of meeting each one alone, and the king sent him with captains and horsemen.

   2 Kings 5:1-11

   Naaman came to the king of Israel with a letter from the king of Syria and was healed of his leprosy through Elisha.

   2 Kings 4:8-17

   The Shunammite woman honored Elisha, and he had the authority to speak to the king on her behalf.

   Strategic connections can shorten the time of your arrival to the next level. You need both, kings who can solve your problems, and access to the ones who solve the problems of kings.

6. Humility

   James 4:6

   God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.

   Daniel 5:18-31

   Belshazzar's father fell because of pride, and Belshazzar followed the same step and died that same night.

   James 4:10

   Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord and He shall lift you up.

   Pride is a demoter, it will demote you regardless of position. Humility is a promoter, it will lift you beyond your level.
