Opening charge

Gifts were given to men. The gifts are not talents or spiritual gifts. The gifts are men given to men Ephesians 4:8 to Ephesians 4:11

The word perfecting is the word maturing. The word edify is the profiting of the body of Christ Ephesians 4:12

There is such a state in the spirit that a people, corporately and not individually, can come into Ephesians 4:13

To produce an apostolic, thoroughly furnished community of believers, there are essential bodies of knowledge that must be thoroughly understood.

If they are omitted in your training process, you will never become a person of stature and power.

Growth in the spirit is programmed. It does not happen by wish.

The Bible calls them the things that are most surely believed. If you fail to comprehend them, it aborts the project of attaining maturity and stature.

Many believers desire power and grace. It is captured in their prayer and in their zeal for church attendance. After many years they are congregants but weak, ill-prepared and largely ignorant of spiritual things.

There is a lot of freelancing of spiritual knowledge: a little on prayer, a little on fasting, a little on demonology, consecration, prosperity, influence. It is not aggregated to produce a victorious believer.

That believer is not necessarily ignorant, but he is not a person of stature because his light is not sequentially arranged and aggregated enough to drive darkness.

God saw this gap in building his church and gave gifts, opened to a unique dimension of grace to understand his structure.

Under the Holy Spirit, in partnership with those gifts, any believer can attain to the stature of the fullness of Christ.

3 bodies of knowledge

1. God's prophetic program
2. The vessel: the kind of man God is looking for
3. The strategy for birthing God's prophetic program

God's prophetic program

The degree to which you become useful to the kingdom depends on how thorough your knowledge of God's prophetic program is.

It gives value to every other pursuit. Your study on prosperity, influence, divine health has no spiritual value until it is connected to the will of God and his prophetic program.

This is why many believers get frustrated. We have taught faith in isolation from God's will and program.

It has become an avenue to bait God with our lusts, using the name of Jesus and the word to achieve them.

Faith was never an avenue to receive things you just desire. There is a vetting process: the will of God and his prophetic program.

A desire must have space in that program, else it will not be answered.

Many of us who run churches and conferences have no idea of God's prophetic program. We keep inventing spiritual activities in hope that God will accept one. There is already a program.

God is not about to think of one.

3 levels of the anointing

1. The anointing that comes upon the believer by reason of being grafted into Christ
2. The anointing that comes by reason of your office
3. The anointing that comes by discerning God's program and aligning to it

A person can be a sincere believer but never feature in a particular program. This is not backsliding.

You have failed to discern what God is doing in the season, so there is no need to be anointed as such.

The vessel

There are many who want to be used by God, but there is a certain kind of believer God is looking for. There is a quality control system in the spirit that is non-negotiable.

If you do not attain by grace to that stature, you cannot be used by God. It doesn't mean you are not a believer, but you will not be used Ezekiel 22:30

Like a manufacturer who picks out products that fail the test so they do not destroy the whole, many believe that being in Christ makes everybody usable. It's not true.

There are men looking for God, but there are men God is looking for.

The strategy

Divine strategies are as important as the prophecy itself.

You can have an accurate prophecy, but if you do not receive the strategy for execution, you will fail as if it was not God that spoke.

Many are failing because they received an accurate prophecy but did not wait to receive the strategy connected to it.

He can tell you that you will bring Jericho down, but if you invent your own strategy you waste your time and die, and it is recorded that God sent you there to die.

The strategy was: you will not fight, you go around seven times and then you raise a shout Joshua 6

We over-intellectualize spiritual things and want to invent. Strategies should not be borrowed carelessly. They have to be vetted by the wisdom of God.

• The spirit of grace will be resting upon you while you are hearing this word
• As the Holy Ghost fell on those who heard while Peter yet spoke, it will happen for someone

Acts 10:44

God's prophetic program: 3 groups

God has an agenda. There is intelligence in understanding it. It is not careless and it is not arbitrary. It affects 3 groups:

• The world of unbelievers
• The church
• Society

You are not supposed to mismatch the program. Execute the church's program on unbelievers and you produce something that is not salvation.

Execute the world's program on the church and you produce a weak people without growth, a lax and careless people.

Without the program for the unbelieving world, you will never have souls saved. A generation will die off and another that does not fear God will come.

Without the program for the church, you will have a lot of salvation but no growth, no maturity, no transition of men from believers to witnesses. It becomes the blind leading the blind.

It will just be the most available person manning the altar.

The congregation becomes a reflection of the ignorance, laxity, pride, carnality and carelessness of whoever holds the mic, because there was no system for growth and maturity.

Without the program for society, societies become like Sodom and Gomorrah even if you are like Lot. Lot was a righteous man but the program for society was not executed.

He almost lost his daughters and eventually lost his wife. It had nothing to do with his personal consecration Genesis 19

God's program is beyond soul-winning, evangelism, conferences and revival. These are pieces of it. Understand the full picture so you can find your space, and your execution will be flawless.

Those who believe it is only for sinners hinder the program for the church and society.

Those who believe it is only for the church leave the unbelieving world unaffected by the power of the cross.

Those who believe it is only for society produce successful people who do not fear God and have no consecration.

Our sermons, books and conferences should come from the knowledge of this program. You are not at liberty to invent what people should learn. There is a curriculum and it is leading somewhere.

You don't have to be fake to destroy God's program. There are many good people who are the reason the kingdom is suffering. It takes more than a sincere heart.

Ask pastors what God's program is. One says evangelism: not wrong, but not complete. Another says God said go and raise me a people: not wrong, but vague.

By what formula are you raising them, and how do you know when they have attained that stature?

Illustration: the university student

From admission, the lecturer already knows what the student will become. The student is motivated by the picture even when he does not understand the course.

A day comes, a certificate is given and he is called doctor.

How do you know your members have transited from believers to witnesses? What curriculum did you use? What system of vetting? Being prayerful does not make someone mature. It is a pathway to maturity.

The prophets of Baal were prayerful.

The great commission

The great commission is not in the Bible, like rapture and trinity. It is a concept coined to help believers understand the scope of what he gave the disciples.

There is a major theological flaw in how we describe it. Our minds go immediately to Mark 16:15 and that is only one aspect. There are 3 scriptures you must understand:

1. Go and preach

   Mark 16:15 to Mark 16:16

   The command is go. Where: all the world. What: preach the gospel. To whom: all creation.

   The only thing omitted was the strategy, because times and civilizations change but everything else remains the same.

2. Go and teach

   Matthew 28:18 to Matthew 28:20

   He sent you the first time as a preacher and the second time as a teacher.

3. Go and be a witness, a validator of a claim

   Acts 1:8

   That is the ministry of power Acts 4:33

   If you do not understand these components, something about your approach to God's program will be corrupted.

Write this down

The great commission is a mandate given by Jesus to the disciples and now to all believers:

1. To reach the entire globe with the gospel of salvation
2. To bring nations to the knowledge of the truth and to spiritual maturity through discipleship
3. Consequently, to bring territorial and societal transformation

The man who truly desires to bring joy to the heart of the Lord must understand this and be about doing it.

Singing unto God is wonderful and rolling on the ground saying thank you Jesus is wonderful, but that is not what gives him complete joy.

So there are 3 components to God's program: world evangelization, discipleship (the maturity of the saints) and territorial transformation, bringing your territory to embrace the value system of the kingdom.

World evangelization is not for the evangelist alone, the same way cooking is not for the chef alone. It extends to anyone who is hungry.

This is the true concept of apostolic Christianity: the journey from those outside Christ, the maturity of those in Christ, transiting them from infants until they become witnesses, and then the transformation of nations.

The end point of the believer's journey is when you become a witness, not a believer. Being born again is only the beginning.

You can have a territory full of believers and still high levels of crime and corruption. It does not mean there are no righteous people.

The apostolic component of God's commission to society has not been executed.

Some people seem to have no assignment in the body of Christ because we have not unveiled the dimension of God's program that necessitates the assignment.

It looks like the only way to serve God is to preach, so a congregation remains followers forever.

The average believer is not mentored into this orientation. He believes it is not his business because he is not in ministry.

The template he assumes: grow up, get educated, get married, get a job or start a business, build a house for God while living life the way you want, live healthy until you transit.

The average young person may have come to experience power, or hoping for an impartation to go back and execute an agenda they do not understand. It doesn't mean they are evil.

Why we don't see the power like before

Those who experienced the power of God did not fast more than us or pray more than us. It was their degree of alignment to this program.

Most of those in the healing anointing were called healing evangelists, because the healing ministry followed their desire to see souls saved.

Today we desire the anointing independent of the assignment it was connected to, so we can become renowned.

It is not about a man falling down after an impartation. It is an immunity you enjoy on account of being invested into a program Psalm 105:14

Our claims are sincere but without spiritual intelligence, so there are no results. We isolate the promises of God from the vision connected to them, then use prayer to manipulate the hand of God.

Quoting Psalm 50:10 and saying: Father, I must prosper.

There is a spiritual immigration system and it is beyond a pure heart. Why do you need the money? "I've suffered" is too small a reason. Kingdom come is not represented in that desire.

If God shows you mercy he brings you out of that program, but you will never experience the best of God.

A preacher prays "Lord, we contend for expansion". Define expansion in respect of God's program. More churches, more branches, more names, more titles and accreditation?

Our prayers carry no weight in the spirit because God's program is not represented.

Jesus taught a protocol for prayer: reverence first, then your kingdom come, your will be done. Daily bread and every other thing is connected to that kingdom come Matthew 6:9 to Matthew 6:13

Many believers have invented pathways to do business with God. "Lord, I'm an usher in this church, give me a husband." As sincere as that is, it is a product of a preacher's mistake.

It is a report card showing the ignorance of someone.

The first people to repent are the preachers.

You don't just wake up on Sunday and ask what to preach, whether giving, the Holy Spirit or revival. The Holy Spirit gives insight, but intelligence based on God's program should define your trajectory.

You are building a people to become something and you must give them a definition. One or two years in church and you cannot defend your faith?

What have you learned about prayer, demons, consecration, character, the dynamics of power? If the answer is nothing, what were you doing in church?

Ask believers to drop their prayer requests and read them, and tears will come. Many are rewards of growth. They would not be requests under a system that grows them.

A small child writes: I want a husky voice, I want a beard on my chin. What is wrong with that child? He's a child. Some things happen naturally with growth.

Every man of God has access to a sizable number of people. That makes error widespread but it can be corrected quicker.

Africa is loyal to spiritual authorities, so error can be corrected once the person who engineered it is humble enough.

If you are frustrated that people are not shouting and falling under the anointing, it only shows the engineering of your spiritual understanding.

The cry of the spirit: the body of Christ needs to be restored to understanding God's program. God is not a charm or a genie.

He is not a religious thing we untwist to fulfil our lusts while we run our lives on our own.

The program for the unbelieving world

The average believer is not evangelical in his mindset. 99% of evangelism happens on the pulpit after a sermon. It is not that it should not be so. We are not being trained.

Occasionally the man of God feels guilty and says win souls, with no passion.

About 8.6 billion people on earth. About 2.6 billion Christians recorded, including backsliders, people who just filled a form and pseudo-Christian sects.

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram brought an idea more effective than the gospel. Without crusades and without the conscious participation of the Holy Spirit, apps entered the phones of those who rejected Jesus.

Something is wrong with the construct of our soul-winning strategies.

Desiring to win souls is not enough. There is a strategy. If the gospel of the kingdom is to be preached as a witness for the end to come, the Holy Ghost must guide us.

He is the Lord of the harvest. The Bible says to pray Matthew 9:38, Matthew 24:14

There is a generation corporately rejecting Jesus. Our parents' generation, 50 plus, was loyal. Even if they didn't believe you they respected you. This generation has been given wings.

They are vocal and outspoken and they are rejecting Jesus while we fall under the anointing and jump and call ourselves great.

If everyone received the orientation of soul-winning and was serious about it, Anambra and Enugu are too small to wait 10 years for a mighty harvest.

Men of God, forgive me, I am adding myself. We have trained members to gather souls for us, and then they idolize us while we win them in their presence.

We have not given them an apostolic orientation.

They say "I invite you to church on Sunday, my pastor will save you", because they were not taught they have power in partnership with the Holy Spirit to draw many to salvation.

The only way to change society is the power of the cross. No economic policy replaces it. It is the only authorized access point to break the hand of darkness over men.

You cannot use therapy and counseling to transit men from darkness into the kingdom Colossians 1:13

There are ministers whose last altar call was at a crusade last year.

Discipleship: from infant to witness

Discipleship is not incorporation into the ritual of a Christian sect. It is the project that matures a believer, molting you like a reptile until you become a more superior version of yourself.

This is the key to raising mighty men.

The starting point: the unbeliever

Nobody inherits salvation from the womb. If you believed you were born saved, you are already in error Psalm 51:5

The Holy Spirit has a ministry to unbelievers. Whatever the subject of the sermon, he is convicting the unbeliever John 16:8

The unbeliever has a chance to use his will to respond. God will not force salvation on anyone Deuteronomy 30:19

The prodigal son lost everything but still had his power to choose. He could not change his life, but he had the power to choose that his life be changed.

The moment he chose, everything was restored Luke 15:17 to Luke 15:24

He did not say the Holy Ghost said arise. He did not say Satan stopped me from arising. Satan could deceive him to live a riotous life but could not touch his power to choose.

The one gift only death can take away is the power of choice. You may have no money, no fire, you may be a backslider. Don't be discouraged.

You can choose to be anointed, serious with God, to change.

A man of God who is not serious can choose to be serious. The Holy Ghost can empower that choice. It is called the enabling grace.

Salvation

You get saved by confessing the lordship of Jesus over your life Romans 10:8 to Romans 10:10

If that has not happened, you are not saved, even if you are an elder in church. You can't give your way to salvation Acts 4:12

Many pastors do not know how people get saved. Not every piece of information about Jesus saves you. Calling him a prophet is true but does not save.

A good man, a righteous man, even God: true, but does not save.

There is an exact information about Jesus you must admit and confess: Peter's declaration that he is Lord and Christ Acts 2:36

The infant

You are called a believer immediately but you are an infant. There is power to become. It is the power of transformation John 1:12

The infant heir Galatians 4:1

You can be 20 years in church, take communion, be called an elder, be given an office, and still be an infant in the spirit.

The journey from saved to transformed does not happen automatically. Anybody who gets saved and is just left like that will never become an effective believer. There are 3 ministries you must encounter to move:

1. The ministry of the Holy Spirit

   His ministry is to guide John 16:13

   That happens through prayer. Do not isolate the Spirit's ministry from the prayer ministry, because that is how the fellowship happens.

   For others, they are never told there is any Holy Ghost beyond getting saved. They live many years and do not ascend Acts 19:1 to Acts 19:4

   This is beyond praying in tongues. Without him there is no possibility of evolving. He is the cure for error. He kills prayerlessness.

   The Holy Ghost is not for men of God only, not for preachers, not for those who want power. Jesus needed him. It is pride to ignore him.

2. The ministry of the word

   Acts 20:32

   The Word John 1:1 to John 1:3

   The logos is the most concise compendium of the thoughts of God. It is your instrument of transformation.

   Your mind is full of concepts and ideas. Some came from culture, some from your past, some from ill mentorship.

   As you submit to the ministry of the word, a transformation begins in your mind.

3. The ministry of a teaching priest or structured mentorship

   Jeremiah 3:15

   The most fortunate thing that can happen to a believer is to be saved and find your way under a man of God who fears God, has character and is a teaching priest.

   For many, the pain in the spirit started here. They got genuinely saved, but the man of God whose grace they came under became the reason for their stuntedness.

   A woman was bent over for 18 years. She was a church member. She had preachers but did not change.

   A strange preacher called Jesus came, saw her and loosed her. Somebody did not tell her she is a daughter of Abraham Luke 13:10 to Luke 13:16

   Somebody did not tell her there is an implication of the promise made to Abraham Galatians 3:29

   The preacher you are under can define your arrival at power and stature. It is within your power to love God and your destiny enough to vet the teaching priest you submit your spirit and understanding under.

Illustration: the church of testimonies

A man gets saved and comes to a church where all he hears is a testimony of how much someone's shoe was bought. One year, two years, ten years. Who is your pastor?

What have you learned? "We should be good people."

God will judge men of God. I gave you access to the minds of people. What did you teach them while you were wasting their time talking about yourself, lying, exaggerating?

Younger ministers, be careful who you learn from. Some of you are sincere but about to veer off because you plugged your appetite into things that destroy your path.

Some started well, then watched someone online or read a book that corrupted their appetite and destroyed their humility. I pray this conference will be a redeemer conference.

The transformed believer

Transformation is the name given to the process that makes you become like Christ in experience.

It is slow, but it is happening every Sunday, every midweek prayer, every night vigil, every conference. Sooner or later your words change. Sooner or later your mind changes.

It is a change in orientation, not a religious change of character. "I'm a Christian but I'm an angry man. I will remove my church cloth and box you." That person needs transformation.

How many tongue-talking people pray, and as soon as they say amen you want to run away because of what they do next? Their salvation is not in doubt.

The life of God within your spirit depends on transformation for his riches to be revealed.

The life of God is like software. Without transformation it remains dormant. Watch the power of eternal life work in the life of a transformed believer.

Some of you are saved but not transformed. How do you know? Your words have not changed, your understanding has not changed, your appetites have not changed. That includes preachers.

"It was a mistake" is not a mistake. You drew it from your spirit. Use the word of God as the instrument of transformation.

When you look like Christ in experience, people are confused where you come from, because the negative traits of your bloodline and territorial limitations no longer work.

People expect nothing good out of Nazareth John 1:46, but he that comes from above is above all the limitations John 3:31

Many of the therapies we conduct on people, what they really need is transformation.

Transformation happens under the combined influence of prayer and the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the word of God strategically taught, and the ministry of a teaching priest.

Pastors, this is how you help those who get saved.

The empowered believer

The danger of remaining at transformation: your mind is sound with truth but you cannot defend your convictions. Empowerment gives credence to defend what you believe.

The transformed but not empowered say: I know God will do it, I've read it in the Bible. You are right, but make it happen. There is no empowerment.

After mentoring the disciples, Jesus said tarry. You have the message, but if you leave this way you will return with a shock Luke 24:49

When the Holy Ghost came he did not start any explanation, because Jesus had already transformed them. Transformation is like expanding the vessels for the oil to fall.

Intelligent teachers in a healing conference give scripture after scripture, yet the sick still go back. They share the grace in the name of Jesus, sincere people say amen and nothing happens.

What is missing is empowerment.

A worshipper taught the word can write scripture-compliant, powerful songs. She raises the song and you know she loves God, but there is no life in it. Empowerment is the missing ingredient.

There are 3 groups of people:

• Those who need to start the journey
• Those saved but with a stunted Christian experience: you need transformation
• Those who have gotten to transformation: you need to defend the things you know

With the anointing, you don't assume it. If it is not there, it is not there. You don't have to say I carry the healing anointing. It is like saying I'm an adult.

It should be obvious. Teenagers trying to behave like adults are still children.

At this point you are not just a receiving person. Your life has been invested into God's program. It is at this point you really need prosperity, influence and strategic global relationships.

Praying those prayers as an infant is carnality. The version of the man desiring them has no value spiritually if those things should come.

We all pray the same prayer in church, but it is not the same version that receives the answer. God examines your state. This one is too much of an infant to grant certain answers.

God, not a demon, will suspend the answer and replace it with a teaching priest, and you will be offended. The conference he told you to go for is the answer.

You hear things you've never heard on prayer, on the dynamics of the world, on kingdom service.

Sometimes God traps you with kingdom service so you don't run away. When the devil wants to destroy you he brings offense in that unit. It is the law of human nature.

No church is free of it. Take your mind away and focus on your training.

Not everybody can say let mountains move and it moves. It is the altitude from where you are speaking. Five people can say the same thing and heaven honors one while one is suspended.

The Lord is rich unto all Romans 10:12

There are things in my life I never had to pray for. When I understood this growth system, I focused on my transitions and my growth.

The curriculum of the spirit

The curriculum of the spirit is very complicated. One course may be 3 months. The next may be 5 years. You will not be jumping week after week and transiting with every service.

Depending on your call and the level of trust God will place on you, there are times others go and God keeps you down.

You stay not because you are failing but because he needs to build you a formidability that is very serious. He wants to make you captain over his inheritance.

It is like training a military man. They tell you to wake up while others rest.

If it looks like God is taking his journey with you personally, it is a demonstration of the trust he has for you.

Other ladies can enter relationships and go out. For you, the day somebody comes, God gives you a word of warning, because your womb will carry something beyond a child.

You will carry the destinies of nations in a baby.

If believers knew this they would know how to respond when they face diverse things James 1:2.

They would interpret everything from the lens of God's superior program and not what they are going through Romans 8:28

Gifts without transformation

A man can receive a prophetic impartation 4 months after he is saved. No mentorship, no growth, no consecration, no death to self.

Because of the charisma of the gift he is ordained a pastor and many members come.

Because of the bankruptcy of his transformation, he does not know what to tell them aside from prophesying. They ask what else to do with their life and wisdom has failed.

He and they are in the same state in the spirit. The potential difference to pull them higher is not there.

Never promote people just because of gifts. A donkey can speak if empowered but cannot manifest character Numbers 22:28

Help people discern what season they are in so you don't destroy their training using compassion.

God is building someone to become a kingdom financier. He deepens the training and there is a season of insufficiency. You come with compassion and destroy what God is doing.

There is something God is killing in them so he can entrust them with true riches.

You interrupted the training, not with a wicked heart but with compassion. Peter was going to use compassion to stop Jesus and Jesus rebuked him Matthew 16:22 to Matthew 16:23

It's good to help, but discern what God is doing so you don't keep giving people a harvest of seeds they did not sow.

Visions can be aborted

The sun, the moon and 11 stars bowing Genesis 37:9

It does not mean you will come into it. Visions and prophecies, even if God ordained, can be aborted. They depend on your cooperation and compliance through alignment.

I saw myself as a worshipper, a kingdom billionaire funding God's program, an apostle, a prophet. All wonderful. That is God's proposition to you. It depends on your seriousness.

Commit to prayer, fellowship with the Holy Spirit, growing every day, the word, submitting to the house of God, learning with humility under the man placed over your life.

You will look like a fool for a long time but there is a record in the spirit, a testament of your diligence and endurance.

The dealings in your secret place, God will reveal to the man of God, and he will bring topics sequentially arranged that keep building your life.

Questions to answer

What do you know about the Holy Spirit, and who taught you?

What do you know about the word of God, and who taught you?

What do you know about consecration and death to the flesh? About fasting and prayer: do you fast only because someone is supervising you?

What do you know about giving: were you twisted to drop money, or copying others? What about diligence, relationships, spirituality?

These are the bodies of spiritual truth that produce men of stature. If any is omitted, it translates to failure in the future.

You can miss certain courses in college and read up and pass. In the school of the spirit, the course you miss becomes the loophole the devil will use to haunt you in the future.

No matter how old you are in ministry, you must come back and pass through that class. 30 years in ministry and you missed a course on character?

If God shows you mercy he prepares an adult program quickly while covering you, but you must pass through it.

Two visions

The people with no food and no water

An elevated platform and an endless sea of people lamenting: no food and no water. They pointed at me: you are the reason.

I said I can't be that wicked, if I have an opportunity to give it to you I will give it.

Then I realized I had come into that room hiding through the window because some people wanted to haunt me. For the sake of these people I will go out.

If I perish I perish Esther 4:16

As I opened the door there was a giant, gray-bearded, about the size of Goliath. Now I know he is the Holy Spirit.

He held my tiny hands: give me your hands and I will walk with you, and we began to move.

I was seeing some of what I am doing today, but it would not happen just because it was prophetic.

The bread with honey

An endless queue of people. Sliced bread with honey. A machine was making it but only I could see it. People collected the bread dripping with honey, called family members and joined the queue again.

I did not drive them. They thought I was manufacturing the bread, but all I was doing was receiving it. That was the ministry of the word.

I can piece those visions together and see how God transitioned me.

Transition in the spirit is not a gift. It is a conscious determination. It is not luck.

Every single one of you can be strategically positioned in your place of destiny depending on what you do with this illustration.

Charge

If you have not been growing, embrace the ministry of the Holy Spirit, embrace the word of God and submit with humility under a teaching priest, so that methodically you are trained and built in the way of the kingdom.

If you have enjoyed commendable transformation, what you need is empowerment. Don't assume it.

Testimony: the man on a wheelchair

Many years ago I went to pray for a man on a wheelchair. I shared the truth with him, read scriptures, and knew he had faith to be healed.

I did everything the Bible says to do, from the Old Testament to the New Testament.

When it was time to lift him, he did not stand up. I felt so bad. I asked God why he did not defend his name.

If the grace is not there, it is not there. When the anointing is truly there, it speaks. If the grace to prophesy is not there, you can try but it is not there.

If the grace for influence is not there, you can do everything and nobody will pay attention to you.

We did not just come with a message. We came bearing gifts, graces, that rest not just on individuals but are deposited upon the territory.

This is part of the apostolic ministry: you become a conveyor of graces, virgin dimensions in the spirit available for reception.

You can receive a deposit of grace that redirects and changes the narrative of your life and ministry.

God has a program for the unbelieving world. He has a program for the church: a compendium of the dealings of the Spirit that transits believers from infants to witnesses.

Pastor, your job is not done on your members until you transit them.

You are called a wise master builder to the degree to which you transit them from an infant to a transformed believer, from a transformed believer to an empowered believer.

Then purpose changes their names. They are no longer called believers. They are called witnesses. At that point God can trust them with his program.

The highest honor God can give a man is not to give you things. It is to make you a steward of his prophetic program.

He tests you with things. If you pass, he grants you the grace to raise men.

If you pass the test of raising men, the highest honor from a ministerial standpoint is that God comes and says: I want to change the east and I'm looking for three men, and I found a faithful steward in you.

God found David early, but it took many years to find his servant Psalm 89:20 to Psalm 89:21

God has found the architect, the musician, the worshipper, a theologically sound preacher, a businessman, but he is still looking for his servant.

The day he finds his servant in you, you will know, because that is the day the holy oil will come on you.

• God is driving away the dross from the gold so it will come pure, refined, lustrous
• I contend for transformation
• I contend for the ministry of the word
• I contend for the ministry of the Holy Spirit
• I submit myself by grace and mercy under the structured ministry of a teaching priest
• Learning line upon line, precept upon precept, evolving, molting, growing, ascending, transiting in the spirit until I become a man of power, a man of stature

Isaiah 28:10, Galatians 6:8

Where it starts

The east will not change because of desire, because of preachers, or because of conferences and conventions. Corporately there are more than enough people to start.

You can become like the foxes of Samson, set on fire and released to do much for the kingdom Judges 15:4 to Judges 15:5

It starts from 2 things:

1. Knowing that God has a program and exalting it beyond your desire and ambition. It must become the pivotal drive of your life.
2. Walking with the Spirit to engage this transition.

It can mean the difference between being useful to God's program or just existing, even if you are in ministry.

It can mean the difference between your prayer for more being answered or being stunted by mercy, because the answer does not profit God's program.

Follow this journey and you will be captain over nations, not just a congregation.

I'm not telling you things I read. These are realities God has brought some of us to a measure of. I know it works. I'm not giving an opinion 2 Peter 1:16

Go back and know the Holy Spirit

Cancel some ministrations. Man of God, take time to say:

• Spirit of the living God, I confess my ignorance of your person
• In light of God's prophetic call upon my life, I need to know you

Go back to the word of God

Your knowledge of doctrine is very small. Your sermons are full of opinions, popular opinions, western opinions. Your thoughts are sincere but not grounded on the integrity of God's word.

There is no theological framework for communicating truth.

That is one of the biggest problems with Pentecostals. They are marketers of visions and prophecies, and most do not have a sound doctrinal framework.

Doctrine is the core curriculum for transforming people from infants to witnesses. You must communicate doctrine, and the sound exegesis of the word.

My life was largely shaped by the Anglican communion. That is the leverage that gives a firm foundation and a strong doctrinal stand, so you don't teach nonsense or misrepresent the Holy Spirit.

Doctrine does not make you carnal or religious. It depends on what you are learning.

The word is didaskalia: a body of knowledge that causes a student to gain the stature of the one who taught him Acts 2:42

Charge to every man of God: write a theological frame for the kind of believer you are producing. Let them know who you are attempting to produce in partnership with the Holy Spirit.

In our ministry there is what we call the Koinonia believer, a set of 7 descriptions of the believer being produced under that grace. You are not just rising arbitrarily.

It is not just about shouting amen and falling down. There is intention in building you. That is what makes a wise master builder.

In the Anglican church there is the Apostles' Creed. It is a capture, part of the things most surely believed. We also had the four spiritual laws for teaching evangelism.

Some of the exorcism and recklessness in Pentecostal and charismatic circles can be tamed when we introduce doctrine.

Most people do not know the framework of salvation and cannot give a doctrinal articulation of it, yet we churn out pastors from conferences with impartation. It takes more than wearing a collar.

You must learn doctrine and the mysteries of the kingdom. There are 6 foundational doctrines upon which the Christian faith stands Hebrews 6:1 to Hebrews 6:2

Don't teach people prosperity before they have learned the foundation of death to self. You will destroy them and produce a lust-driven carnal people.

Let them understand the way of the cross, then teach them the promises 2 Peter 1:4

That produces a wholesome, balanced people. The Lamb's wife is a wholesome person of stature, like a bride adorned Revelation 21:9 to Revelation 21:16

The church must rise from spiritual amateurism to a place of stature and perfection. It will not happen in one day, but all of us have a role to play.

The days of celebrity Christianity are over. The days of idolizing individuals are over. Those at the forefront are there only by mercy and grace, to clear the way and spearhead a path.

There are virgin dimensions of the spirit that hold resources for the end-time move of God Job 28:7

Never plateau.

I don't insult your pedigree, but compared to where we are going there are still more lands to conquer.

While patting our backs for what he has done through us, we must press Philippians 3:13 to Philippians 3:14

Worshippers, there are still songs in the spirit we need to receive that become ladders and portals for revival.

There are still wailing women, mothers in the order of Anna the prophetess. You may not be on any television station, but you are the one who prays Luke 2:36 to Luke 2:37, Revelation 22:17

Don't just say you heard a man preach well. Go back with hunger. Wake up in the night and say: Father, I'm available, but I want to be usable.

What makes a great house great is not the vessel but the builder. A vessel of clay and wood can transition to a vessel of silver and gold when a man purges himself.

The instrument for that purging is the refiner's fire 2 Timothy 2:20 to 2 Timothy 2:21

Invite every man of God you know. There are graces to be taken. When God sends a word, he desires it to spread to many Isaiah 9:8

When one candle lights 100 you won't know which one lit which. The most important thing is that they are all lit.

Some of you have character and integrity, but the requisite grace to make an accurate defense of the gospel is not yet there. The Lord wants to usher you into a season of possibilities.

There will be territorial impact from campuses to society to churches, so that in every church, every service day, there will be fire on the altar.

I decree and declare in the name of Jesus: receive the gift of hunger.

The grace to hunger after spiritual things, I release upon you.

May you step into a level of spiritual accuracy, the discipline to learn the ways of God more perfectly, to be methodical in your growth until you become a witness indeed.

Let the grace rest upon you. Angelic encounters, prophetic encounters.

You will go to bed and the blueprint of your destiny will be unveiled. The next seasons of your life will be opened to you.
