God Is Still Recruiting

God is in the business of recruiting men — and we are in the last hour. God wants men. After Jesus finished His work, He went to heaven — and then still came back to earth because Peter was going out fishing. Jesus said: "I didn't die, get buried, and resurrect so that you go fishing. There is work to be done."

Jesus had already been glorified. He had already taken His seat at the right hand of the Father. But He descended from that glorified throne back to earth to ensure that Peter returned to his assignment. This is how important the making and sending of men is to God. He cannot afford to let a called vessel drift back into a fishing boat.

God is sovereign. He could appoint someone else. But He says: "I have ordained you. Come back and do the work." If God has called you, He is not passive about it. He will come after you.

From Receivers to Conveyers

One of the beautiful things about the body of Christ is that God gives different dimensions to different vessels. Every ministry contributes to the full picture of what God is doing.

But beyond bringing you healing, beyond bringing a message that will bless you — the apostolic burden is to empower you so that:

• You don't just receive healing — you begin to administer healing
• You don't just receive a message — you become a conveyor of that message
• You don't just benefit from grace — you begin to communicate grace

You are being built to witness to your generation. Not to spectate — to demonstrate.

The Offices of God That Define His Work Through Men

As you study God, you discover that there are many offices that define His essence. Understanding these offices reveals what He wants to do through those He has made:

1. God as Father

   As a Father, God sustains creation. He provides, protects, nurtures, and covers those under His care. When God makes a minister in this dimension, He forms in them a father's heart — the willingness to carry people, to cover them, to invest in their growth and destiny without looking for immediate return.

2. God as King

   As a King, God governs. His kingdom has laws, structure, culture, and authority. When He makes a minister in the kingly dimension, He builds in them a capacity for governance — the ability to bring order, to establish kingdom culture in environments of chaos, and to represent divine government wherever they are sent.

3. God as Judge

   As a Judge, God discerns rightly and settles matters. The minister who operates in this dimension carries a gift for wisdom — for navigating complex human situations with the clarity of divine truth. They do not operate from partiality, fear, or emotion but from the settled standard of God's Word.

4. God as Creator

   As Creator, God makes something out of nothing. The minister in this dimension carries creative anointing — the ability to see possibility where others see ruin, to speak life into dead situations, to build what has never existed. This is the dimension that makes the ministry of restoration possible.

What the Spirit Does in the Making Process

You cannot make yourself. The making is the work of the Holy Spirit — and He makes through specific means:

• The Word — 2 Timothy 3:16–17: "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness — that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works." The Word is the primary instrument of making. It forms the mind, shapes the character, and provides the framework for every operation of the Spirit.
• Prayer and Encounter — The Spirit makes men in the place of prayer. Moses spent 40 days on the mountain. Paul spent three years in Arabia. Daniel prayed three times a day. These were not religious habits — they were the furnace in which God forged the man He needed.
• Trials and Pressure — James 1:2–4: "Count it all joy when you fall into diverse temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith works patience. And let patience have her perfect work, that you may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing." Trials are part of the curriculum. The Spirit uses pressure to break what cannot remain and to develop what God needs.
• Apostolic Impartation — Romans 1:11: Paul told the Roman church, "I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift to the end you may be established." The laying on of hands by those who carry apostolic grace releases something that accelerates the making process.

You are being made. The process is not punishment — it is preparation. The Spirit is building you for an assignment that will outlast your natural life and echo into eternity.
