Not Against Flesh and Blood

Ephesians 6:12

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

The enemy behind the dastardly acts being seen in the earth is not human. The men and women responsible for evil actions, atrocious behaviors, and murderous policies are not themselves the enemies — they are controlled by the real enemy. The Bible is explicit: we wrestle not against flesh and blood.

The principalities are not flesh and blood. The powers are not flesh and blood. The rulers of the darkness of this world are not natural — they are spiritual forces that control human systems and human actors.

The globalists who come up with murderous ideas are not independent thinkers — they are instruments of principalities operating through them. That is why the prayer required is not political commentary. It is spiritual warfare.

Water — a Target of the Powers

The United Nations, spearheaded by the secretary general, has announced that water is now to be treated as a commodity — to be priced and controlled. Water. A resource God rains from the sky freely.

In some cities and nations, rainwater has been privatized by local governments. The argument made is this: when individuals capture rainwater, they deprive others of water that should reach the ground and flow to those who need it. Therefore it is illegal.

What this means: a person can be arrested for collecting rain that God sent.

This is not human cleverness at work. This is the principalities — the rulers of the darkness of this world — operating through institutions designed to control, deprive, and diminish. The agenda is not environmental. The agenda is domination.

Standing Against Systems Controlled by Darkness

There is no difference between the spirit driving these global institutions and the spirit the Bible calls the ruler of the darkness of this world. The ideas are not new. The goal — the reduction of human autonomy, the control of essential resources, the suppression of truth — these are ancient assignments handed to demonic principalities.

This is why the church must not remain passive. This is why prayer with violence and holy anger is required. Ephesians 6:13 — wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all — to stand.

The believer does not retreat in the evil day. The armor is taken up and the stand is made.

The prayer of the righteous is not passive petitioning. It is a confrontation. It is a command issued from a throne-room position — far above all principality and power and might and dominion. The believer prays from the position of Christ, not toward it.
