Our daily bread - The mystery of sufficiency

Give the Lord thanks because he's the reason for the saints gathering.

Pray:

• I've come for an encounter

  Open my ears that I may hear, open my eyes that I may say

• Psalm 103:2 - 5

  Pray that these 5 benefits will speak upon your life:

  • who forgives all your sins
  • heals all your diseases
  • who redeems your life from the pit
  • crowns you with love and compassion
  • Who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's

Matthew 6:11

Daily bread does not necessarily mean bread literally.

There are rules in interpreting scriptures

1. The law of first mention - you have to go to where a word/scripture was first mentioned and then you have to use that thought line to interpret the rest
2. The law of emphasis - when the bible stresses on several thoughts, then it's important to also pay a lot of seriousness on it

But generally the first way to address scriptures is literally, and if it doesn't make spiritual sense, then you have to compare scripture to scripture and if it still doesnt make sense, then you have to buy into the lense of the spirit to buy it a prophetic interpretation.

Now talking about Matthew 6:11

It is not out of place to think about bread literally, but the idea here is sufficiency - bread is used to represent sufficiency.

2 Corinthians 3:5 - 6

2 Corinthians 9:8

In order to abound to every good work, you need to have all sufficiency in all things - and that sufficiency, only gof is able to make tbat grace abound towards you.

So no one is able to actualise destiny, live an effective Christian life, and make commendable kingdom progress indefinitely if you cannot outsource sufficiency from God.

Luke 22:35

There is a daily bread allocated for every believer in Christ.

Physical strength for ministers is still caption as part of daily bread.

2 Peter 1:3-4

What does the bible refer to as sufficiency

1. Having enough to achieve a goal and to satisfy a need
2. The capacity to always ride to the occasion, never disappointing

Fulfilling your days and fulfilling your God given assignment will require abundant provision of resources(not limited to material resources)

Consistency in any area of your life as far as advancement and impact is concerned is a product of abundant supply of resources.

When you see consistency in people, as though they don't stop, they have mastered the act of receiving their daily bread.

Pray:

Give us this day our daily bread

How do you know you are enjoying daily bread? By the sufficiency it provides for you to not stop.

Daniel 3 - Why was Daniel not there?

There are certain level infouence, when God lifts you to, certain troubles will not come to you again.

When we rise to a higher level, give us at that level our daily bread.

4 Resources as far sufficiency is needed

The system that governs the arrival and maintenance of this resources

1. Spiritual resources:

   There are 2:

   1. Divine presence

      Exodus 33:13-16

      This is the first and greatest spiritual resource needed.

      3 dimensions of God's presence as revealed in scripture(These are the attributes of God that man doesn't have):

      1. His Omnipresence
      2. Omniscient
      3. Omnipotent

   Acts 10:38

   2 keys I learnt in my work with God that can help a man secure the manifested presence of God in your life

   1. The depth of your love/passion for God

   Any spirit can detect the presence of God.

   A good sermon without the presence will fall on deaf ears.

   Don't just carry information, carry presence.

   There are many things you will contend for if you have presence.

   Chronicles 26:1

   “And he sort God..”

   Not a name, not power, not information, God!

   “... and He made him prosper.”

   2. *Supernatural power - Genuine power. Acts 10:28

      One authentic pathway to Spiritual power, is to engage the mystery of prayer with fasting, add light to it(the word.)

   The order of your pursuit matters, your spiritual pursuit is the greatest!

   Obtain grace to invest in the prayer and the word.

   2. Intellectual resources

      The resources of knowledge, wisdom and understanding

      proverbs 24:3&4

      Everytime you find wisdom, there are resources that follow it.

      Destiny actualisation is wisdom and knowledge dependent. The Bible says the labour of the fool weirieth them all.

      Job 38:33-35

      The inheritance of the saint is light - access to a request body of knowledge that raises you to the God class

      Ephesians 4:18

      The assignment of the God of this world is to blind tour eyes.

      John 1:5-7

      Matthew 5:14-16

      The moment light comes on that candle there's a position that it can no longer be.

      The first way to make your light so shine is to be enlightened.

      Isaiah 60:1

      Rise to a new light!!

      Listen to the ministry of light

      John 17:3

      Faith is a product of light/revelation.

      The faith comes from light, comes from knowledge.

      Your daily bread is a divine presence you can secure. Your daily bread is also access to high level spiritual illumination.

      When it has to do with knowledge, there are 2 dimensions:

      Spiritual knowledge and

      knowledge of the laws of the universe

      There are laws that regulate life, for instance the law of honor. There are laws that govern influence, leadership… these are not necessarily spiritual laws even though they are God’s laws.

      The law of mental transformation - it states that the reality in your life comes in honor of the quality of your belief system.

      Your belief system is how you contributed to becoming a failure or success.

      Go for knowledge

      All it takes is for you to calm down and study.

      Your mindset is a prayer warrior, there are things it can call to your life.

      Knowledge - A coordinated gathering of useful information, but it is not profitable on its own.

      Understanding - the comprehension of those laws. Understanding the working dynamics, how to combine these laws so it profits you.

      Wisdom - the grace and the fortitude to put knowledge that has been understood to work so that it produces.

      Knowledge, understanding, Wisdom!

      When you act on what you don't understand, you only recycle seasons of pain.

   3. 3rd Resource - Human Resources

      1 Chronicles 12:1

      You are as fortunate as the men who believe you.

      You are as fortunate as the men who are willing to stand with you until God's vision for your life comes to pass.

      In the business of kingdom matters, numbers is an advantage.

      Your destiny accelerate at pace at which helpers arrive.

      Every vision is driven upon the strength of men.

      Good will is as powerful as prophecy.

      Always point solutions not problems. It's important people know the way. Don't just lash on what is wrong, show what is right with proof.

      Publicity is at the instance of impact not sentiment.

      When Jesus said “Give us this day our daily bread,” He was making you know that there are resources, many of them beyond the 3rd dimensional realm and there are laws that can draw these resources.

      The resource of his presence, wisdom, understanding, knowledge, men, financial resources.

      If for any reason you have asked why your life has not moved forward, it is that there is scarcity of that delivery of daily bread. And I hope you know that yesterday's manner cannot fill today’s hunger.

      The power that heals a headache is not same with the one that shakes foundation - power has levels
