May Miracle Service - Jabez, 2023

There's a predefined path way that leads to glory.

Admiring/desiring what God is doing does not make it yours.

No matter how much you've deviated from that path, when you are found, you can get back on the right path.

God's method has always been his word in partnership with his spirit.

The miracle service starts at the instant the word of God comes to you.

It is good to be attentive, not just to a particular part, because every part of the service is the move of God.

In the kingdom it is not results that are commended, but the will of God. That's why seemingly foolish instructions will provide extra ordinary result

1 chronicle 4:9-10

Jabez's mother named him Jabez because of sorrow, but Jabez called on the God of Israel.

The word Jabez mean he makes sorrowful.

Jabez can be a person and can also be a situation.

Every name you see in the bible, is not just a name of an individual, but a spiritual pathway that if followed will produced a kind of believer..

For example, Abraham, a pathway to turn anybody into a father of nations.

That's why the bible said look unto Abraham your father.

Lay your hands and declare that your name will be a pathway to know God.

Therefore, Jabez was not just the name of a person but a capture of how men can turn the tides of curses, of yokes, of Ill speakings to become a life of honour and grace.

There's is a spiritual pathway.

1. The prayer of Jabez

***Oh that thou wouldst bless me!

The cure for the curse, limitation and failure is the blessing

Gen 12:2-3

It is one thing to be blessed, but it's another for your life to be a blessing.

Bless me doesn't mean give me money or a job.

The blessing of the Lord can rest upon a man in power. It has an attractive force that attracts:

‌Men

‌Circumstances

‌Opportunities

Pray now: "Lord bless me!"

If your life is barren of helpers, favourable opportunities, it means you have not encountered the blessing of the Lord.

It is not so accurate to pray, "Lord bless my business, or my house or....." It is more accurate to pray, "Lord bless me," so that everything about you resonates that blessing.

What is on your head is what really matters.

When you have a good job, house, it can leave you over night.

It is not dependent on the economy.

You curse a man that is blessed, you're wasting your time.

Remember Balam?

Gen 25:5-6

When Abraham was about to die, he gave every other person things, but when it came to Isaac, he called him and prayed something on his head - the blessing.

later the bible said that Isaac prospered in that land.

The blessing is either on you or not, and if it is on you it shows.

The bible said God blessed man after making them.

Not everybody can bless you - Only carriers of the blessing can truly bless you.

When ever you see Jabez in your situation,

Psalm 71:21

Thou shall increase my greatness and comfort me on every side.

It is one thing to be great and it is another for your greatness to be multiplied.

That means greatness has a side effect, if you're not comforted on every side greatness can be like a curse to you.(later explained)

Enlarge my coast - increase me.

Growth is a very powerful sponsor of peace, happiness and fulfilment.

One of the six indexes that majors fulfilment is growth.

....that thine hand shall be with me.

1 chronicles 29:11-12

When the bible says the hand of God is working with a man, look at what the hand of God carries.

So when people rise, or are making progress, there's an invisible hand pushing them.

As with Elijah, when the hand of the Lord come upon you, there is speed.

The hand of God cannot come upon you and you crawl or walk.

As with Samson, when the hand of the Lord come upon you there is might.

Behind the mysterious advancement of men, there's a hand that moves them.

If the hand of God is not with you, you'll think you're rising but you'll soon find out that you're jumping.

To jump means to rise up with a guarantee that you're coming down.

The ways God help men:

1. The ministry of mercy

2. The gift of men

3. The ministry of the Holy spirit.

Let the hand of God come upon that family and watch weak people that look like they will never rise, rise step by step.

You can't lift yourself up, you know a hand.

That means in order to bring you down, the devil has to bring down the hand that brought you up.

And you will keep me from evil so that it doesn't hurt me.

With every lifting, mantle and grace comes challenges.

There are many of us God has not answered our prayers for lifting, because you do not yet know the dynamics for preserving greatness.

Greatness will announce you to everything and anything including satan.

Satan is attracted to Glory, and to greatness.

Look at Joseph, once greatness was spotted in his life, everything began to fight him including his brothers.

There's a defence dimension that the blessing brings upon a man.

When you rise by compromise, you'll be afraid of your position, but when it is the hand of God that lifts you, he stands behind you like a mighty terrible one.

I hope you know that time can pass but some people don't pass with time, so you may be in 2023, but in the realm of the spirit, you are in 2021.

The best way to explain restoration is someone that for many years has been owed and they still dragging the case in court and finally the judge says backdate the payment from 2010 to 2023. The institution may not want to do it but the judge has given his verdict.

One of the greatest ways Satan attacks great men is through sickness. Sickness is hardly a condition of those who are rising in life; they hardly fall sick, not because they are healthy but at that point it will not profit him(satan).

The real assignment of sickness is to bring down great people, look at Job.

He knows that money can do alot of things, but that sickness...(some sickness cannot be cured with money)

He only plants tares among wheat not on an empty ground!

The moment he sees color in your life, that is when he comes.

The devil goes for one who he knows has risen and so is the reason for the rest's rising.

Testimonies happen when the spirit behind these tragedy give way.

Satan brings great men down easily if there is no spiritual and human force in partnership with God that stands as defense for them.

What do you think demons are doing now?

What do you think is their approach would be?

To tun around everybody or to fashion weapons.

The Bible says "no weapon fashion!", to fashion means to study what to use that weapon for.

They find out, "I have an assignment to attack 10,000 people, who are the top 3 I can bring down?"

It is always the strategy of Satan, he looks for the top 3.

There is a desperation that you must carry, look at Anna, Gideon, Jabez, the woman with the issue of blood.

There are some of you who are not angry enough.

Satan can make you pay your today with your future.

And God granted him that which he requested.

***The physical realm is a slave to the realm of the spirit.

In order of priority, the physical realm came as a child in the rewlmmof the spirit.

For anything physical, it is only the after effect of the Realm of the spirit.

Prayers(the ones that Jabez prayed)

1. Oh that thou wouldst bless me.

Say:

**In the name of Jesus, father I degree and declare that by mercy, let your blessing rest upon me, rest upon my family.

After the flood of Noah, God did the same thing he did to Adam.

Gen 9:1

That means anytime God sees small things, he does this same thing.

So in God's mind, the blessing is be fruitfulness, multiplication, the ability to replenish and subdue.

**Father as a result of the blessing that is upon me, I speak to my Destiny, be fruitful, multiply and replenish.

2. Oh that thou wouldst bless me enlarge my coast.

To understand this, Isaiah 54:1&2

To be enlarged means to grow.

Father I am tired being at this level for a long time, enlarge me.

-spiritually

This level of my:

- my prayer life

- my word study life

In Jesus name.

What is the difference between a one room and a duplex?

Space!

Smallness has the characteristics effect of constraint.

Enlargement is a blessing. What 10,000 cannot do 1 million can do.

Look at that area I'm your life that refused to grow and pray:

**Father enlarge me by the spirit of the living God!

3. Let your hand be with me

This is what is responsible for advancement, it responsible for speed.

When you find stagnancy what you need is the hand of God. It is the hand of God that moves men.

Say:

**Father, In the name of Jesus, by your hand advance me, by your hand, advance my destiny.

4. Keep me from evil.

the psalmist said: "he that dwells in the secret place..." Psalm 91:1-8

**Father by the blood of Jesus, the blood of the internal convenant, any convenant tying me to failure, to death, to weakness, to defeat, right now, by the blood let it be broken.
