What do you find in the house of God?

• God is there… in the midst of his people
• Wisdom that produces mighty works
• Hope and healing
• His power; His power to change, transform, heal, deliver

  Believers

• The possibility for distraction, because where ever God is, satan is also there, that is where he finds what to kill still and destroy

God desires for all believers to attain stature in the spirit, to produce good works

Colossians 1:9-10

It is important for us to be furnished unto good works and learn the ways of God in a way that profits our christian experience.

Every result you desire in this kingdom depends on a certain kind of spiritual information.

2 Timothy 3:7

There are many information available to the believer in christ that:

1. Does not help you to know God more
2. Does not help you to understand the ways of the kingdom
3. Is impotent in the face of real life situation

The shining of light is in its ability to drive away darkness.

John 1:5

You have to examine your foundation(question what you know you)

Church is a very powerful place, because it is one of the ways that God answers prayers

Psalm 20:2

There is spiritual technology to answered prayers, there is a way God answers prayer.

Channels for manifesting answered prayers

Ways God answers prayer

1. Supernatural manifestation

2. The ministry of men - Men who have the capacity to solve your problem(by connecting you to the ministry of men)

3. God answers prayer by bringing growth and enlightenment to your life.

   If your prayer request keeps increasing as you grow, it means you are not really growing

One of the pillars of wisdom is excellence

Stay with God! The great became great because they followed a certain path consistently

There are certain things that every believer must know and be conscious(to be alive unto an information, to be void of slumber and sleep, it means to incorporate that thought as part of your life) of to live a victorious and fruitful christian life.

Things you have to know to live a victorious life

1. The believer in christ: The process that leads to be a believer in christ is salvation

   What is the implication of being a believer in christ

   Ultimately it is dominion, victory, it is life.

   What does it mean to be a joint heir?

   It means you are connected in spirit, you are a legitimate partaker of the life that comes from God through Christ.

   7 things redemption in Christ purchased for man

   1. Sin
   2. Death
   3. Satan
   4. Hell
   5. The grave
   6. The world
   7. The flesh

   Redemption is a function of God’s mercy and grace over the believer, that by reason of Christ’s substitutionary sacrifice you have been translated simply by believing that God loves you and revealed the love as a father through Christ and you receive of that life.

   It is important to know this because of the doctrine of identification in theology. It is a description of everything you have become today on account of who Christ is.

   According to men like E. W. Kenyon

   They teach that there is the legal side of redemption(realities that are finished as God sees them - for instance: no believer should be sick, poor; we’ve been exalted/raised up in christ. But whether they have manifested in your life does not change the fact that thes things are true) and there is the vital side of redemption(realities that have been made manifest in your life now).

   John 3:16 - 17

   We are not saved by works but unto good works

   The believer in christ is one who has confessed the Lordship of Jesus over your life and you are aware of who and what the bible now calls you regardless of what you feel.

   Sanctification is 3 fold:

   1. Instant sanctification - happens to your spirit man
   2. Progressive sanctification - the transformation of your mind
   3. Culmination of it

   There is such a thing as a victory consciousness

   There are 2 aspects of the believer’s position in Christ that you must never forget.

   1. Positional advantage - the bible says you have been raised up in christ Eph 2:6
   2. Oneness with christ; you are joint heir - Everything that is in christ has been allowed to find legitimate access to my life - if it is wisdom, power I have access to it

2. There is the word as a person and there is the word of God as the speaking of God.

   Matthew 4:4

   The power of God is the force responsible for compelling results, but the power of God never moves until the word of God instructs it so. In order of spiritual priority the power of God submits to the word of God.

   For example, a man reads these words of God “Deuteronomy 28:1,” “ Genesis 17:6”

   This is where most believers get it wrong, the word should transform you before you act on it. That’s how the results last.

   The first goal of the word is to work in you!

   Listen to the message “The other side of faith”

   There are times you may not obtain promises, what you’ll obtain is a testimonial of transformation; it is still faith. If your christian experience is only tied to obtaining promises, even when you are excelling in the spirit, you will think you are failing.

   Hebrew 11:2

   Just because the word is not working for you yet, does not mean the word is not working in you.

   Obtaining promises/results by the word

   1. You must find from scripture the promises connected to the result you desired - your result must be consistent to the will of God 1 John 5:14

      The scripture is the most concise/richest capture of the revealed will of God.

   2. It must directly bring Him glory - Will the Lord be revealed and glorified through the answers that come to this request?

   3. Find the conditions that the word of God says commits God to perform - there is always a condition connected to the promises of God.

      The assignment of the spirit of understanding is to show you how to engage in a way that produces for you.

      Doing the work may be very difficult, but it is in the doing that we obtain results

   There are 4 names that describes classically the strategy for his attack over the saints

   1. The thief John 10:10
   2. The accuser of the brethren Revelation 12:10
   3. A deceiver
   4. The adversary

   1. What does the bible mean when it calls satan a thief

      When satan steals your heart, he has stolen everything.

      Things satan really desires to steal:

      1. Your zeal/passion for God 2 Chronicles 15:15 - When satan steals your passion he steals your rest. It is better to lose a job than to lose your passion for God. Proverbs 4:23
      2. Your spiritual understanding/your capacity to comprehend spiritual things - If satan can’t stop you from being saved, his next assignment will be to frustrate your journey towards growth. He knows that everything is powered by your spiritual understanding.

         One way he steals your spiritual understanding is: he makes you offended in those who serve you wisdom.

         Losing joy is likened to taking out the tire of car and having the key and attempting to move - What a tire is to car, is what joy is to your victory

         Fight to keep your joy!

         “I choose to rejoice in the Lord!”

         Joy is of the spirit! Learn to laugh at unfavorable situations and or circumstances.

         The manufacturer of Joy is thanksgiving

      5. The years of men

         Satan steals time, yes he does

Assignment:

Find at least 3 scriptures that cover the 5 areas of concern in your life. Do it as unto God.

Pray those scriptures into your life - and obtain grace to work in keeping with the instructions that guarantee the hand of God.
