Standing on the promises(the potency of word derived faith)

The pursuit to know God is infinite.

But when it has to do with victory and dominion, the laws are finite, you can lay of them, and lay hold of them early.

Why are we here(at Koinonia):

1. To press for more of God - to know him more, because as we know him more we become more like him
2. As a commitment to your contending for a superior belief system

   A winner’s prophecy in partnership with a loser’s mentality will still produce a failure

3. To access grace - The ability to operate and function in the God class, far and high above the vicissitudes of life. We have an advantage - the spirit of God

Your passion for God should not just end in prayer, fasting, in bible study and in church attendance, it should extend to birthing and executing His will first in your life and then across the earth

1 John 3:2

Your assignment is to:

• Remain diligent
• Submissive to the word of God, the spirit of God
• Trust the process

Eventually you begin to manifest qualities that only God has, the quality of superior wisdom, unshakable faith, results guarded by intelligence - you are persuaded and not shadow boxing2 Timothy 1:12

Hebrews 6:17 - 19

Intimacy with God depends on factors such as:

1. Deep levels of consecration
2. A rich and healthy prayer life
3. Consistent worship
4. Meditation
5. The study of scriptures

When it has to do with manifesting dominion and victory upon the earth, there are 3 major pillars that control dominion and victory for the believer

1. Wisdom - A thorough understanding of His principle and promises
2. Faith - The dynamics of engaging with and committing God to make good His promises in your life
3. Power - The divine force that sponsors supernatural results.

You will never walk in victory and dominion if you don’t know how to access the aforementioned. It is possible to explore on these areas and leave the others wanting, there’ll still be a side effect

Acts 6:7 - 10

Matthew 4:4

The word bread in this context means that which is man made, bread can mean skill, talent, technical know how. The word live does not just mean survive, it means to thrive, excel, dominate, it means to be accounted for as being a victorious one.

It is bread and the word that makes a wholesome man.

No natural man being natural alone can manifest the supernatural life. The supernatural life must be derived from the natural and supernatural realm.

Demands for anyone who wants to manifest victory and domain by faith

1. The first is to be genuinely connected to God through salvation.

   When we are saved, the bible says

   1. we are born of God John 1:13
   2. The bible also tells us that we are born of the spiritJohn 3:3 - 6
   3. We are born of the incorruptible seed of God’s word1 Peter 1:23

   How do you get saved:

   Salvation according to scripture comes, by hearing and believing the gospel salvation Romans 10:8 - 10

2. You must have a thorough knowledge of the promises of God, and the principles of the kingdom2 Peter 1:4, Job 33:38 You must understand the extent of God’s commitment to you, alongside the dynamics of activating that commitment. Genesis 12:2-3, Galatians 3:29
3. You must understand the will of God and His plan for your life. Everything in this Kingdom revolves around the will of God Matthew 6:10

   The bible has a vast array of promises that can be made to be prophetic - meaning beyond the contextual use of the scripture, you can give it a prophetic application - That also means that the tendency of abuse is there.

   God is not committed to answering everything you want just because you have a scripture for it

   Mark 11:24, Psalm 145:16

   Our confidence in our faith work is a by-product of knowing that we are in the will of God. Colossians 4:12

   Until your desires and expectations align with God’s will and plan for your life, he is not committed to bringing them to passPhilippians 2:13

4. Prayer - you cannot stand upon the promises of God and watch it birth manifestation when you do not pray

   There are 2 levels of prayer when you want to manifest bible faith

   1. The first dimension of prayer is to verify the will of God - the prayer of inquiry.

      Never take any major destiny defining step in your life without praying

   2. Prayer as your partnership in birthing the known will of God for your life

5. Complete obedience - You will never see prophecy come to pass working in disobedience 2 Corinthians 10:6
